Hillary Thinks With Amygdala

Hillary thinks she will be running and beating Trump in 2020:

According to inside sources, Hillary Clinton is planning to keep the organization of her 2016 campaign intact so that she can run once again for President (for the third time) in 2020.

Stated one source, “She’s convinced that, sooner than later, the voters will come to their senses and realize they made a horrible mistake by putting [Donald] Trump in the White House. She’s sure the voters will beg her to get in the race and she says, ‘I’m going to run again in 2020.’”

Added the source, “She told me—and I’m paraphrasing: ‘Trump has no idea what it’s like to run the biggest corporation in the world, the United States government. He has no f—–g idea how complicated it is, how many cogs are spinning at the same time, how many people are fighting at cross purposes, how much disinformation you get.’” Bill Clinton, however, is against the idea. Explained a source with ties to Bill, “Bill hopes Hillary will see the light and change her mind. He’s sure the party will want a fresh new face come 2020.”

This is hard to believe, but very easy to understand.

If a lefty relative tells you that a liberal is a good person, that concept will trigger aversive stimulus. You will feel irritated – because the idea is erroneous. This is a result of having endured adversity in the past when an incorrect perception of reality created adversity. Your amygdala came to attach the idea of incorrect perceptions with the adversity which they could produce. As a result of this, you are driven to seek, and advance truth, in order to quiet your amygdala.

In Hillary, she is feeling the same adverse sensation at the thought that she came so far and almost won the White House, almost was a historic figure, and it all failed at the last moment. That concept is triggering her amygdala, and she cannot tolerate it. As a result she is telling herself she did not lose, she merely needs a little more time to win.

The funny thing is, she believes this as much as you believe the world is round, the sky is blue, or Bill Clinton is a rapist – and she beleives it for the exact same reason.

It goes without saying, there is only one reason that a person would be trained to believe incorrect ideas to assuage their amygdala. That reason is, that they have never endured real adversity as a result of their incorrect beliefs, and as a result their brain has never learned that you need to see reality honestly, so you can avoid the costs of being wrong later. This can only happen in an environment of free resources, and no adverse consequences.

This is the r-strategist mindset, and it is why Western Civilization is being overrun by a hostile religious ideology, an economic collapse is imminent, and nobody up until Donald Trump could even admit there might have been a problem.
