As a general rule, I have learned to not assume Donald ever chooses anything but the best option available. If he takes all of this money and diverts it to the wall, he will be looking like quite the genius.
UPDATE: Many have pointed out Q had cited Red Castle, a reference to the Army Corp of Engineers. Q followed that with “Green Castle,” which could have been a reference to them being fully funded with all the green they need to build the wall.

I certainly hope that president Trump is this smart and devious. In a twitter post from the same individual mentioned here (Swamp Drainer) he argues that the Army Corps of Engineers can now be tasked to build the wall on national security grounds. Note also that “Q” posted the words “Red_Castle”, which is the logo of the Corps. If this is correct, many Trump supporters will be very reassured by the news.
Wishful thinking. Trump is finished. What a disappointment.
We have heard that a lot though. He was dead after the Access Hollywood tape, he was dead when he took on the CIA and the intelligence establishment, he was dead when McCabe decided they would destroy him from the FBI. We will see, but I would bet on Trump having good reason for this. I just don’t see him willingly screwing conservative principles, unless there is a bigger win down the road coming.

As much as I wanted Trump to do what he promised it turns out we were duped. It’s eighteen months in and all we’ve got is a bogus tax bill that no one really cares about.
No wall, no repeal of ACA, no deportations, no prosecutions. No nothing.
Just admit it, Trump is not winning. He is failing us.
You don’t grasp the magnitude of what he faces, or what he might be doing. If what I think is happening is happening, it will be a miracle if he manages to pull it off. And it will take 100% focus, and an amount if intelligence that would be almost impossible to acquire.
Wait a year, and if your mind is not blown, then you can complain.
I believe the story Alex Jones relayed about about Trump being blindsided with a credible threat of an engineered 10,000 point crash in the stock market. The stock market is NOT an indicator of a strong economy, but it can totally be used as a domino to kick-start a massive depression, and a collapse of that magnitude would wipe out every pension plan in America and destroy the government’s credit rating before the God Emperor has had time to lay the groundwork for one of his Magic Bankruptcies, and before the military gets all of it’s new equipment. Trump’s signing off this time with the words NEVER AGAIN would make sense in that context.
There’s two ways to salvage something of this. The first of course is just as this person suggested, to just spend the money however. The second is for Trump to go on the absolute offensive against the RNC, because the DC Republicans are ultimately most-responsible for this. The only way the RNC keeps the senate or the house now is if Q’s treason-indictments come to pass before now and November. It needs to be something of the magnitude that utterly shreds the DNC; something bad enough that the party itself shatters, or we will be stuck with the America that we have now, and that’s a country holding it’s breath waiting to see if another civil war is necessary.
If you listen carefully, you can hear the wailing in the press and dems already starting…
Sure they ignored Obama when he deviated, but I doubt the same leeway will be given to Trump.

To summarize the link, Army Corp of Engineers will build the wall to circumvent the pork ladening process imposed by Congress Trump, like Obama, can spend the money anyway he wants now. He can trim the fat from the bill to anything he wants to get fund.

Also note Qs latest post. Red castle is apparently a reference to the Army Corps of Engineers logo. Apparently the corps has some sort of facility in greensastle indiana. That’s probably where the build is being organized from.
And the Red Castle became the Green Castle. Trump isn’t stupid, and he goes for the big wins. My guess is this will work out just fine, and maybe even be one of the Booms Q mentioned.
