The U.S. Justice Department has agreed to provide congressional investigators confidential records on a failed gun-trafficking operation during the Obama administration known as “Fast and Furious” that long has been criticized by Republican lawmakers.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said the Justice Department would hand over documents to the Republican-led House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Government Reform that had been withheld by Democratic former President Barack Obama’s administration.
The way I am always behind the curve, in terms of seeing the evil, I am beginning to wonder if Border Patrol tactical officer Brian Terry knew something, or was on some operation where he saw something, and his killing was not by chance. He was tip of the spear at the Border. They only armed him with beanbag rounds. Feds knew the rip team was patrolling through that area heavily armed, looking for action because they had an informant on it, but they refused to warn Border Patrol. And as I recall, after the shooting, someone ordered his medical transport to be held up while they airlifted one of the Cartel rip team members who was shot. He died because of that.
That is very unlike Law Enforcement, who will generally not let a fellow officer die, to save some scumbag cartel member who probably cut four or five BestGore videos in the past month. I always felt like something was off with that.

As have I from day one. Terry knew something, as have many others that got “offed.”
And AC – please do not permit you site to “go stupid.” I hope you can read between the lines on that.
A thought on how to bring those fleeing swamp justice internationally in to swing.
Some of them will undoubtedly flee the country, and likely have some fairly secure hidey-holes and a pile of loot to buy protection. It could be expensive and risky to smoke them out. Could not Trump simply say they have declared war on the US, and if they do not turn themselves in, open Letters of Marque and Reprisal will be published with their names as intended targets. Reward $1,000,000 per head, no bodies required, no questions asked. Anyone has the Letter and a “wanted” head and they are not guilty of any US crime, and get a megabuck in any denomination, and destination, they desire. Let the free market solve the problem. If they turn themselves in then normal judicial methods apply.
Article 1, Section 8, clause 11 could finally be put to use via military tribunal in trial “in abstentia.”
