It is tough to tell from the photo, in part because he looks like he lifts. Sometimes, if you build enough lat and back muscle from rowing, it can stick out backward when the arms are pressed against the sides, and make it look like there is a slump forward toward the neck. If I picture emaciating his lats and outer back, behind his deltoids, then he might look more straight. His lifting can also affect it through pec development.
I knew a steroid abuser once who focused on Bench Presses, and he had a funny posture, with his shoulders bent inward as if his chest was caved in, like a narc, though his chest protruded still, just due to massive muscle development. I assume it was from his overly developed pecs pulling his shoulders forward. I saw him bench 485lbs on a universal machine (the entire rack), and he didn’t have any amygdala issues.
