Did Q Imply Trump Is Going To Take On Gangstalking/Harassment Surveillance By Using Schneiderman?

I view that in light of this being revealed:

New York attorney general Eric Schneiderman announced his resignation on Monday night just hours after four women accused him of physically abusing them.

In a report from The New Yorker’s Jane Mayer and Ronan Farrow the four women — three of whom had romantic relationships with Schneiderman, and a fourth who rebuffed his advances — accused him of choking and slapping them, and engaging in other controlling, demeaning, and threatening behavior. Two of the women, Michelle Manning Barish and Tanya Selvaratnam, went on the record:

They allege that he repeatedly hit them, often after drinking, frequently in bed and never with their consent. Manning Barish and Selvaratnam categorize the abuse he inflicted on them as “assault.” They did not report their allegations to the police at the time, but both say that they eventually sought medical attention after having been slapped hard across the ear and face, and also choked. Selvaratnam says that Schneiderman warned her he could have her followed and her phones tapped, and both say that he threatened to kill them if they broke up with him…

Schneiderman’s ex-wife Jennifer Cunningham was one of the few people who came to his defense. Cunningham currently serves as one of Schneiderman’s political consultants, and in the New Yorker piece Selvaratnam claims she conferred with her on a cover story after the AG cut his face during a night of heavy drinking on the eve of Trump’s inauguration.

It is too much of a coincidence. And why was he so wrecked by the fact Trump won? What did he fear? Notice, he didn’t threaten to charge her, or imprison her, or get her fired or audited. He threatened to have her followed around. Why was that the threat he went to?

This may be about the big secret that will blow everything open when it is revealed. Some of you already know it firsthand judging by our exchanges. Others will not believe it when you see it. It is the most horrifying thing I have ever laid eyes on as an American. And I suspect there will be a couple of hundred million other Americans who will be similarly horrified, if this is what I think is about to come out.

If you read this, and you only have the knowledge I had fifteen years ago, you are thinking Schneiderman was threatening to pick up the phone to DC, and have one of those super-secret ten man surveillance teams, like in the movie “Enemy of The State,” leave a genuine national security investigation into spying or terrorism, and hop a plane to come up to New York and put his girlfriend under surveillance. Or maybe you are thinking that he would put a couple of surveillance guys from the AG’s office on her periodically.

No. Surveillance, once deployed, quickly learns everything about someone. Schneiderman isn’t going to ring up FBI, and ask them to harass her as part of a law enforcement operation, because FBI surveillance will quickly determine there are no grounds to surveil her. They will probably even be listening to her on the phone, as she talks with a friend about Schneiderman’s threats to have her followed around if she doesn’t keep letting him rape her. And then the illegal surveillance, which could now be an accessory to rape or even conspiracy, becomes the FBI supervisor’s problem – and probably a point of contention with Schneiderman, that FBI’s highly trained people and their budget are being used like a private piggy bank to try and get Schneiderman laid by force of terror. And Schneiderman isn’t going to call up FBI and ask them to do a personal harassment operation on the side for obvious reasons. He can’t use official law enforcement for this, because the LE guys have to watch their asses and not screw up.

The big secret is that the Cabal will not deploy the US government’s high-end surveillance teams on that type of operation because it doesn’t have to. It formed a massive quasi-governmental operation devoted entirely to deploying the full force of governmental authority and high end surveillance technology for running “Enemy of the State” style psyops on any private citizen who happens across the radar of anyone who is in a position of authority. Even worse, it appears to be standard procedure to just do this to random citizens for no legitimate law enforcement reason at all.

What do I mean quasi-governmental? I mean it has recruited a massive civilian network of regular citizens, with massive civilian teams on a scale straight out of Operation TIPS (which in the pilot program would have recruited 1 in 24 citizens into the program as government spies). That would mean a city like New York, with 8 million people would have had almost 340,000 civilians available on shifts to run psyops on any citizen who the elites became irritated by – in the small, scaled-back test run the government proposed. That TIPS pilot program was supposed to be a force 10 times the size of the NYPD, and it would be focused entirely on a select few targets who they are tracking in real time, 24/7, so it doesn’t rely on random encounters.

Each team is either run by some agent with genuine governmental, probably federal, law enforcement authority of some type, based on their ability to flash credentials and bring all other governmental authority in the area to heel, or they have such an agent attached unofficially to their operation. Whatever the agency structure they use, these psyops teams have the ability to assert full control and authority over local law enforcement, often to the great frustration of local LE authorities.

So when Schneiderman makes this threat, he is not really threatening to put her under surveillance by a few people. Regular surveillance, with a small team set up listening somewhere, and a few people watching from the shadows, is harmless compared to what Schneiderman is threatening.

What Schneiderman is threatening is to deploy against her, for 24 hours a day, thousands of civilians that are embedded in the environment all around the city, whose primary operational purpose is using menacing surveillance as psychological warfare on American citizens. He is threatening to have them focus on her specifically, and follow her around everywhere she goes, even into stores and doctor’s offices, and other civilian public places, in a menacing fashion, and never give her a moment of peace – unless she continues to let him rape her. He was giving her a choice of having her life turned into a 24/7 program of harassment and intimidation by hundreds, or thousands of people, or allowing him to continue to beat and rape her.

In Nazi Germany they actually had a name for this type of governmental action – Zersetzung. I find that fascinating, given Q has implied that the Cabal has some sort of ancestral link to the forces which gave birth to the Nazis, and that I see youtube videos of this activity all over the world, in multiple countries. I think that old force Q described has returned, asserted itself simultaneously in many nations, and recreated what worked for it in the past where it has grown roots.

Once she is under coverage, they can put spikes in her tires, put adulterants in her gas tank, vandalize her home, throw stuff at it in the middle of the night, light bonfires in front of her house, or just make sure to remind her that she will never have a private moment, even in the most interior room of her home.

They will follow her around everywhere, and may even threaten her openly. Kathleen Willey was one of the first to fall under this, when the program was still in its infancy. They slashed her tires, killed her cat, left a raccoon skull on her stoop implying it was what was left of her cat, and even sent in a foot-surveillance operative who threatened her children while she was jogging in the park. When Juanita Broadrick had to come to DC to deal with Ken Starr, they went to her farm and released all of her farm animals into the woods.

I predict as this plays out, we will find a number of girls who complained to family they were under this type of harassment, who subsequently disappeared, or were found dead. I actually know of one definite already and a second probable. Schneiderman’s threat to have his girlfriend followed and killed makes me think there may be a lot more. These guys at the top were drunk on power and flying off the rails. Anything is possible.

It is possible it has also been used to create Police Shootings, by harassing guys with short fuses, and gaslighting them into thinking it is the local Police harassing them. Then the target finally gives up, and decides to cash out while killing the only “enemy’ he can see, which is a random Police Officer who probably had no idea what was going on.

I have counted four such incidents of supposed targets targeting Police, but that is just in passing, without detailed research. This may have been done by Obama’s administration purposely with a racial angle, for the purpose of heightening race tensions and increasing black turnout. The blacks they harassed shot Police Officers, and then Officers, sensing the heightened threat, were less likely to deal gently with violent situations and expose themselves to risk. That produced more black shootings and deaths that the media was all too happy to use to reinforce Obama’s narrative that Blacks were under siege, and that narrative increased black turnout to vote for the Democrats.

Again, you can’t do that with FBI surveillance or cops, but with a quasi-governmental TIPS-like Zursetzung civilian force, a guy like Schneiderman picks up the phone and simply asks the quasi-civilian politico who runs it, and they will be all too happy to cater to his most depraved whims, with no concerns.

The idea of a quasi-governmental force devoted to doing such things to a citizen, absent a court order, absent any criminality or malevolence on the part of the civilian, and beyond the reach of all law enforcement, is terrifying. The idea it was being deployed by full degenerates at the top like Schneiderman of all people, to intimidate innocent women into enduring rapes and beatings, is even worse. But I have no doubt, this is what America has become.

This is why Schneiderman was busted now. He has to be a carefully timed part of Trump’s plan. Trump’s team gave him to Ronan Farrow, specifically because he was using this machine for rape, and thus was the best opportunity to capture the eye of the public and focus it upon this issue. Look at Q emphasize “pure evil.” I have seen this, and it is terrifying when I consider the ramifications for the nation as we knew it.

I have observed indicators and court papers indicating that one of Trump’s most powerful associates and allies in the private sector is under this himself, and I assume all of his other friends are as well. I would assume Trump has had it too. So I have assumed Trump was slowly moving toward reigning this in. This will probably be the start. But it will get more horrific.

We met Brian Mancini six years before his suicide. We had followed a group of wounded vets back to Iraq on a therapy program, endorsed by the Pentagon, designed to help them come to terms with the day they were wounded and leave that day behind.

“You know, we often hear about guys that carry these heartaches their whole lives. And it slowly erodes them. I don’t want to be that guy, you know? I want to be able to have a successful life and not burdened with the demons that I see here… I’m glad I’m alive… My whole face has been rebuilt. I used to look like Brad Pitt but this is what I got stuck with… I have a titanium mesh plate in my forehead. They rebuilt my whole orbital socket. My sinuses were replaced or rebuilt…”

After his recovery, he created a new job for himself. At home in Phoenix, he founded “Honor House” to provide wounded vets with therapies that helped him—including yoga, acupuncture, and especially fly-fishing.

[His sister, Nicole Mancini said,] “He came leaps and bounds. And Brian two years ago was the best Brian I’ve ever known in my life.”

But as he reached his peak in 2015, Mancini suddenly began to suffer delusions. He imagined the government was spying on him, that members of the Honor House board were with the CIA. And he thought he was being tracked with cell phones.

Michael Mancini: It was delusional, it was irrational, it was like, a progression.

Nichole Mancini: He wouldn’t let us have our cell phones around him.

Michael Mancini: Very paranoid.

If you have not seen what is out there, it can look like he was paranoid. It does not look like that to me.

I do not think he was paranoid, because what he is describing is out there, and many are seeing it firsthand. I believe he had, in some form, become a threat to some pathetic little cunt like Schneiderman. Maybe he had done so much good he was thinking of running for office, and word drifted to the Schneiderman who was about to lose his office to this guy. Or maybe Cabal couldn’t have an honest guy in that Congressional seat because of something they were doing. Maybe his charity had a fuck-ton of money banked, and somebody like Schneiderman in the Cabal wanted control over it so they infiltrated his board, and then got him to commit suicide. Maybe with all his accomplishments he had caught the eye of some girl who a guy like Schneiderman wanted to beat and rape – in a consensual fashion – and he wouldn’t be able to if that kid married her up and had kids with her.

So the Schneiderman in his area picked up the phone, and ordered a Zursetzung operation to target him, and follow him around, and tap his phones, and hack his cell, and even infiltrate a few people onto his charity’s board, and then they used it all to gaslight him until he was either mentally degraded to non-functional status, or he gave up and committed suicide. And after a couple of years of that, one day he signed everything over to his church (thinking of helping others until the end), took a gun, and went out to a culvert to shoot himself with a handgun.

That soldier’s story kills me. I almost never get angry, but I just want to tear apart the room I am in as I think about it. He was a good guy, who endured horrific injuries for honor and loyalty, was physically crippled, courageously battled his way back to normalcy and happiness in ways very few manage to, and then found true happiness helping his fellow wounded warriors follow his footsteps back to their own happiness.

And then the machine closed in on him. And he couldn’t manage it, probably in part because of the mental debility created by the damage he endured for the nation. It exploited the weakness created by his service. And his life ended in a fucking culvert as he shot himself in the head, because he was so miserable he couldn’t cope with it. It was the same fucking all-powerful machine a cunt like Schneiderman has the power to deploy, and which he would effortlessly use to threaten the women he beat and raped, and probably use for a lot of other despotic shit on innocent people – as all 4 feet 3 inches, 70 lbs of him strutted around New York City like a boss, above the law.

I am a pretty emotionally detached autist. And I am quite sure under the right circumstances I could bug most people’s eyes out with the degree of ruthless coldness I could muster in pursuit of a noble cause, or even vengeance. And yet, I couldn’t fathom doing this to a regular person minding their own business. I could never do it to a handicapped person. But to take a selfless, handicapped vet who just wanted to help people, and make that his end – it is horrific. And then you go on youtube, and see Asian women having their cars beat on by angry guys on motorcycles, for no reason in traffic, and people videotaping vandalism on their houses in New Zealand, and young girls in Texas crying because they can’t deal with their daily reality.

In part, seeing evil being so ascendant in the nation, is why I accept that the rumors of child torture and rape are entirely possible. Until the God Emperor, we were heading to the end days of the United States. I was feeling like I never knew this country.

So what do these “Zersetzung” teams look like? If they are not deployed on you, you will not notice them, because they look like everyone else you pass by on the street every day. But they have an air. I watch travel shows in Europe, and am struck by how different the panning shots in restaurants look, as tourists focus completely on each other, totally at ease and relaxed. Zursetzung (and maybe even regular surveillance), has a slightly distracted and stressed air, as the operators try to multitask their brains to pretend to be doing one thing while keeping track of you out of the corner of their eye, while trying to not look like they are keeping track of you. It is a strained appearance that a tourist on vacation in a restaurant, focused entirely on their loved one and a new culinary experience, will appear the exact opposite of. I know of a dog which actually barked at them, because he detected the stress and ulterior motives. It made me realize a surveillance-detecting canine would be an incredibly easy thing to train.

If they are deployed, they will first make themselves obvious in ways that could be deniable, but which when you are the target will be obvious. This is one of the better videos out there of an early, low grade operation, thrown into confusion when the target altered the script.

That is not surveillance, and it is everywhere near cities.

On Manhunters, US Marshalls run surveillance. Procedure for a “trigger” calling a target departure within a static box calls for one trigger with a sightline to the target’s departure point. When conducting foot follows, they never have more than two agents with a sightline to the target. It is usually only one to minimize “exposure” to the target. The rest are kept nearby but out of sightline, near exit or decision points, waiting for a handoff of the target as he moves, replacing one agent with a sightline with another so the target never has more than one operator in their field of view. And they strive to never break their cover by motioning to each other openly, or focusing on the target.

They will also not establish multiple sightlines from the same angle. If you have multiple sightlines usually from cars, you array them around a target to increase visibility from diverse angles, and minimize the ability of obstacles to block all sightlines simultaneously. And most surveillance will try to keep cover of some sort between them and the target to obstruct the target’s sightline to them.

That is the official procedure. You will never see a bunch of US Marshalls running surveillance, all standing around the same area, in the open, all with a sightline to the target, with no “cover for action” or reason for loitering, alternately looking around at each other and the target and shrugging their shoulders and pointing back and forth openly.

This is something very different from a real surveillance operation. And if you watch Manhunter, you will see the Marshalls are not the types of guys who would ever try to use their power to bully a regular citizen. In my experience, neither are regular Police. This is Zursetzung, and its purpose is control – of people, of positions of power, of the dialog, of information, and of the nation.

You have already seen this unit/program, whether you know it or not. I can think of three major news stories, aired nationally on all networks, which were a direct out growth of this. One of the stories may be tied directly to me, but you would not know it without inside information on what was going on at the time. I can’t reveal it without revealing myself. Two of the stories featured video of this in action, which anyone who has seen it would recognize immediately, though nobody else had any idea what they were looking at in the videos.

I will also bet that if you live near a city, you have video of this every night on your TV, if you tune in at the right time and know what it looks like.

There is another nationally broadcast story which I believe is at least tied to this, if not a full product of this. I can’t say for sure this is responsible for the story or if it merely accidently facilitated it, but it is definitely related somehow. If it is responsible for the story, then this will take on a much more ominous air, of a nature nobody would believe possible. If that is the case, this might actually be involved in victim procuring/kidnapping, and the production of dead bodies – and more than a few.

Given this was clearly being deployed by a violent rapist in government to keep his rape/assault victims feeling helpless and compliant, and he seemed to feel the leaders of this would be fine with such a mission, who knows. Anything is possible these days. Suffice it to say the book I will probably end up writing one day on this to warn future generations of what they must guard against when protecting freedom will be an interesting read, to say the least.

And for those operators in the Zursetzung squads reading this, I don’t take it personal. I know, its just a gig for you, and maybe you even thought you were doing good when you volunteered. Maybe you are trapped under duress. Maybe you’ve even stuck your neck out to reduce the misery on some targets. If so, it is nice of you.

But you have to admit, this is unacceptable in the land of our Founders. You’re being used to assist violent rape by guys like Schneiderman of all people, and you were almost certainly used to kill an American hero for God only knows why.

Even you know, deep down inside, something has to give. I know you can’t want to live in a country ruled by this, or want your kids growing up under the threat of this turning on them one day, which it easily could if they suddenly hold the wrong idea or accidently cross the wrong Schneiderman.

When the God Emperor turns to this, help him take it down, for the good of the country.

I’ll probably catch shit for this post in the future. It is the game I’ve been trapped in for quite some time now. If you haven’t guessed, the Cabal will not be sending a publisher to me any time soon with a multi-million dollar book deal. This site has been a pretty good headache in my life for some time now.

But some day I will die. I expect on the other side I will pass the Founders here and there, and all the other Americans who sacrificed to hand me this nation. I am hopeful that although they will undoubtedly think I erred early on in being too careful (I probably did, knowing what I know now), they will at least understand my logic given the information I had. And hopefully they will figure in that I never let myself get sucked into supporting anything that dishonored their memory or their sacrifice, for a few shekels appearing in the bank account and a little easy fame.

And maybe, just maybe, even my tentativeness was all part of God’s plan, because God knew it would take the God Emperor and an army of patriots to really take care of this nation’s problems once and for all in a permanent fashion.
