Dershowitz : ‘Kushner Meeting Russians Not A Crime’

Quite obvious:

In an MSNBC segment hosted by Stephanie Ruhle, legal expert Alan Dershowitz responds to breaking reports that President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner’s contacts with Russians are being investigated. Dershowitz explained how even the worst of the worst things the Trump team is being accused of doing vis-a-vis Russia aren’t against the law. “Just simply not crimes,” he said.

What is the statue?

None of these things seems to me to constitute violations of federal criminal law.

So why is the white-left, as the Chinese refer to them, (and the Cuckservative-right) making an issue of this?

My impression is that the opposition to the grassroots right, be it white-left, cuck-right, GOP Establishment, DNC Establishment, etc, is all r-selected. Because of that their brain lacks the circuitry to understand the right as it exists in reality. They can’t grasp why the online right doesn’t want the “logical, reasonable, decent, intelligent” things the white left and Cuck-right see as just smart, compassionate policy due to their r-instincts. Why not import all these poor foreigners, and give them money so they can be happy?

In trying to understand the grassroots right, they have simplified the opinions and motives of it into some sort of jingoist caricature. In their minds, we are all redneck hicks looking for an enemy, and if we see an enemy, then we begin reflexively beating the drums of war, and anybody associated with that enemy instantly becomes our enemy.

I suspect they think that is the exact mechanism by which Donald Trump won the Presidency. Donald Trump said “illegal immigrants,” and next thing you know the entire Bush Dynasty was reduced to a smoldering heap as Trumpism swept over the party. Donald Trump pointed to an imaginary enemy, and rubes that we are, we instantly turned on the establishment of the GOP for associating with that imaginary enemy. I could see the white left and the cucks saying to each others, “Lets do the same thing to Trump that he did to us!”

Now what enemy would they use? Illegals and Muslims are probably out, since Trump has already dropped playing pieces on their spots on the game board. My guess is Putin and the Russians seem obvious choices to the Never-Trumpers. But the funny thing is the very reason they seem so obvious to the Never-Trumpers is the very reason they are the worst choice possible.

The white-left and Cuck-right chose Putin and Russia because they seem scary to their r-selected, rabbit psychologies. To rabbits, the manliness of Putin, the aggression, the fearlessness, the willingness to reduce Grozny to rubble, it all triggers ancient threat-circuitry in their rabbit amygdalae. Being unable to understand the grassroots, K-selected right, they assume it will do the same thing in us. To them, there is literally nothing Trump could do worse than open back-channel communications with a guy like Putin.

What the rabbits don’t understand is that our amygdalae prioritize threats differently, and see people differently. K-strategists respect each other, and feel fondness for each other, even when pitted against each other in competition. In Putin, I see a patriot who supports his nation’s interests. I can respect that. Many times during the Obama administration I actually envied Russia, as Obama sold our interests out to some foreign enemy or another. While as a competitor I may wish Russia had a weaker leader, I certainly can respect Putin as a man, and recognize that he and I share a lot more in common than I share with any white-left or Cuckservative trying to destroy the greatness of America.

It is not like that with r-strategists. In K-strategists today, we see a war between the r-strategists and the K’s as our biggest problem. As our nation’s polarization continues with little sign of abating, each side increasingly becomes convinced that the only force motivating their opposition is evil. The left not only can never accept the views of the right, it cannot see any reasoning behind them other than pure evil. And likewise the right cannot see anything behind the actions of the left other than pure evil. That is only going to increase over time as our polarization continues. Under the tenets of r/K Theory, that has to, at some point, either produce outright war, or produce a similar environmental cataclysm to realign all psychologies more toward K. Unification cannot happen through logic and reason – it requires a harsh environment to reprogram brains with K at the biological level.

So we K’s hate the white left and the cuck-right far more than we hate Putin because the white left and the cuck-right are our r-strategist enemies, and we see them actively selling our nations out to the next level of threat – radical Islam. To K-strategists, there are few ancient circuits that are more powerful than the urge to purge r-strategist traitors from our midst during times of threat. About the only urge that is almost as strong is the urge to eradicate the threats to our safety themselves. Given how the left wants to import the Muslim rapists, murderers, and criminals we see as a threat today, the white left and their Cuckservative allies are kind of getting a two for one on dehumanization and elicitation of hatred in the minds of the grassroots right. They are threats and traitors. And they only reinforce it with each attack on President Trump.

Putin is a threat, in that he is a foreign, K-strategist patriot leading a country other than ours. But we also note that Russia’s K-strategist leader seems content to more or less leave us alone. We also see that the K-strategists of the West and Russia share a common threat in radical Islam, and a common enemy in the white-left and the cuck-right. To that end, the possibility of a K-strategist alliance, with a strong K-strategist nation like Putin’s Russia, which is capable of dealing with threats decisively, is highly alluring. Personally I would be disappointed if President Trump looked out on this battlefield and didn’t open a back-channel to our K-strategist allies in Russia.

As a result, every attack on President Trump over Russia is only reaffirming among his supporters, both that he is a brilliant strategic operator, and that there is a greater war in the offing, and it will be a K-strategist war with the white-left and their Cuck-right allies.

So I view the media’s obsession with Russia with amusement, because every time I see it, I realize the white left and the Cuckservative right have failed to internalize Sun Tzu’s admonition that to win a thousand battles, you need to know yourself, and know your enemy. They neither recognize their own rabbit psychology’s shortcomings in threat prioritization, nor can they process how we think and operate.

As a result they waste their efforts on these pointless charades which will never turn Trump’s supporters against him, and which will probably subtly reinforce the subconscious perceptions of there being a war between the K-strategist right, and all of President Trump’s r-strategist opposition.

It is all fuel for the fire that will explode when the collapse goes down, and the Apocalypse-proper begins.
