Denmark tries to encourage reproduction:
Denmark has a problem: At some (still quite distant) point in the future, its population will disappear because people aren’t having enough babies.
Now, the Danish travel company Spies says it might have found a solution. Its campaign “Do it for Mom” encourages wannabe grandmothers and grandfathers to “sponsor” trips abroad for their adult children. Studies have shown that Danes have much more sex when they are on vacation.
“Send your child on an active holiday and get a grandchild within nine months,” the company says on its Web site.
“The Danish welfare system is under pressure. There are still not enough babies being born, despite a little progress. And this concerns us all,” a video for the campaign states. Denmark has one of the world’s most generous welfare systems, and it will need more young workers to help pay for it.
So many things about this are just depressing.
First is that they are asking kids to have children just so the children’s work products can be used to support the welfare state, and further the free resource availability. You can see how r-strategist humans have no greater goals or real loves. You don’t have children to give them every opportunity, or because you love them. You don’t even enter into a loving union to have them. The whole campaign boils down to encouraging parents to send their daughters overseas to get knocked up so everyone can leech off of the child’s hard work.
It is no mystery why Christianity has persisted so long. Godless cultures like this can’t begin to compete with K-selected Christian cultures that have family, love, and a desire to create greatness. Our only weakness is in tolerating this human waste within our midst.
Also depressing is the stupidity. Kids are having sex. That isn’t the problem. It’s the birth control and abortions which are limiting the replacement rates. Again, this is the r-strategy arising from free resource availability and reduced levels of threat. Kids just don’t want to stop the hedonism to have children and birth control and abortion are allowing that easily.
If Denmark wants to solve the problem they should institute mandatory military service, complete with trial by fire coming of age ceremonies in boot camp, as well as bring back Christianity. Without that, all of their history, everything their ancestors worked so hard to build and give them, will be lost to time.
Or, alternatively we could just create an full-scale economic collapse, at the very moment a violent horde of Muslims sets up shop on the continent. That would solve the problem quickly and naturally.

You cannot top down reintroduce Christianity except by violence. This is going to be quite difficult since it has few adherents and offers nothing to modern secular man.
Also importantly its a foreign memeplex from a desert culture that over time was adapted, It may well be Europe’s “crisis of faith” is an instinctive rejection of these ideas which have grown toxic and stale.
I suspect that Europe’s natives religions are either Volkish Heanthery or something akin to animism. The later would explain the almost religious obsession some environmental zealots behave with too.
You are right in that Europe need a more natal ideology but neither Christianity or Islam is going to be it
Even a return to K selected Paganism would be far more effective social glue than the empty secularism however though we won’t get that either.
“Empty secularism” is a good phrase, I think I may use it from now on. I reject religion but with r/K theory I see a lot of advantages to some of the christian types. It sounds at this point that Denmark might be an example of what in the book are called the responsible r’s, the progressive liberal college professors who have a wife and a car and 1 kid and then get vasectomies. They are voluntarily breeding themselves out of the gene pool and maintaining a kind of r/K balance in that way.
