Dems Call On Hillary To Resign

Some think there is no way she will win:

Millions of Democrats are voting for a presidential candidate linked to an FBI criminal investigation. These voters either don’t know there’s been a year-long FBI investigation of Clinton’s emails, don’t care, or would vote for Clinton even she faced Espionage Act indictments. Potentially our next Commander in Chief will be interviewed by the FBI soon, as will her top aides. This state of affairs would never take place in any other leading democracy, but American politics is unique.

If the FBI recommends indictments, and the DOJ indicts Hillary Clinton, the Democratic Party would be handing Donald Trump the White House by nominating the former Secretary of State.

I view this as a mixed bag. Bernie has the same non-politician aura which Obama had. When Ted Cruz speaks like a professional orator, many who hear him reflexively tune him out because he sounds like just another politician. When Bernie speaks, he sounds kind of like the funny uncle who everybody loves bantering with at a holiday get together. People will not tune him out.

Moreover, though I know that inside he is an angry guy, there is something about him which I know the superficial masses will find likable. He is like Larry David, just you’d think he would be more competent with government. I got the same feel with Obama, when he ran against Hillary. When Obama got the nomination, I knew that his non-politician, regular-guy likability would be a problem. Bernie has that.

In short, I think Bernie could give Trump much more trouble than Hillary.

That said, there are two positives to a Bernie campaign. One, he might win, and trigger an immediate Apocalypse. Nothing would make America great again like a major civilizational collapse, to K-ify the masses. I actually worry sometimes that Trump just might be brilliant enough to reverse the trends toward collapse.

Two, r/K is advancing now, but nothing would advance it like seeing it introduced into a Presidential race. If ever it were to be used by a major politician in public, it would happen in Trump vs Sanders.

If it is Trump vs Hillary, Trump’s biggest selling point is Hillary’s obnoxiousness. In his campaign, I’d expect Trump would want to keep people focused on Hillary. To that end, any mention of r/K would be a distraction, so I would never expect /K to be introduced into the public debate there.

If however, it is Trump vs Bernie, I think that to the normal superficial public, Bernie would be seen as being as likable as Trump. In that case, I could see someone introducing r/K as an analogy for the electoral choices, since Trump and Bernie are really a pure battle between K and r-ideologies.

As that r/K debate took over, everyone would want to associate with K, and due to that subconscious analogy, they would vote for Donald. Donald is smart enough to see that, and given how freely he loves to tweet out controversy, a Bernie nomination would increase the likelihood of r/K instantly going global dramatically.

Either way, the Democrats who think Clinton can’t win are right. She would lose without the FBI troubles, but with them, she is dead in the water.

I think you are right about it being a net-loss distraction to push it with Hillary, but r/K could be the killer for Bernie — even looks like a rabbit with those beady eyes and buck teeth.

There is no way Hillary will step down without a promise of some kind of immunity. She knows that becoming President is her only chance to stay out of prison. The FBI do not want to be seen like they are interfering with a Presidential election. But if she is defeated or steps down (with no deals), all bets are off.

That’s a good point about Bernie having that inner anger. Did you know his “family” includes no biological children, and a while ago he married a 38 year old single-mother of three? What kind of inner turmoil and anger produces someone who would do something like that? Is it fixed or is it changeable? And by the same token, how much of Trump’s upbringing contributed to who he is as a person now?

Trump’s biggest fear should be an out of the blue Hillary replacement.
Then the only question left will be: are their enough White Males left?

On Obama. Easily the most wooden-sounding human being that I’ve ever heard speak.

All that great orator b.s. was MSM b.s.

How do you find yourself characterizing him as sounding like a regular guy?

Can you explain?
