Data Wiped From Georgia Server

There are no rules:

The contents of computer server at the center of a lawsuit brought against Georgia election officials was erased within days of voters suing the state, The Associated Press reported Thursday.

Plaintiffs including Georgia voters and election reform advocates filed the lawsuit on July 3 against Georgia’s State Election Board and its secretary of state, Brian Kemp, among others, after a report published a month prior highlighted a gaping security hole that allegedly rendered the state’s election system prone to hacking, according to Fulton County Superior Court records.

Technicians at the Center for Elections Systems at Kennesaw State University, the office that controls the state’s election system, wiped everything from the hackable server a few days later on July 7, according to an email sent last week from an assistant state attorney general and recently obtained by a public records request, AP reported…

But completely erasing the server “forestalls any forensic investigation at all,” Georgia Tech computer scientist Richard DeMillo told the AP.

“People who have nothing to hide don’t behave this way,” Mr. DeMillo said.

Marilyn Marks, executive director of the Coalition for Good Governance, a Colorado nonprofit listed as a plaintiff in the lawsuit, agreed.

“I don’t think you could find a voting systems expert who would think the deletion of the server data was anything less than insidious and highly suspicious,” Ms. Marks said.

Obviously it is a safe assumption we no longer elect our leaders, at least in some jurisdictions with computer voting. Who does “elect” them, I have no idea. But when the heat was on, they covered their ass, no matter the consequences.

I post this one mainly to begin to adapt your mind to the idea that there are literally no rules anymore, and nobody in government can help you. Realize that, because you have been raised with expectations and assumptions about how things work in the US, and they were all wrong, or at least they are wrong today. Anyone can do anything, and what will determine if they are punished or constrained is solely how powerful they are. Even the Police are helpless, if the people breaking the law are more powerful than them. Think whoever deleted this server will ever have anything happen to them? The chances are greater of Hell freezing over. The Clintons, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, ISIS, Tea Party Targeting of conservatives, even Bradley Manning. There is a family of a Federal Agent killed by Fast and Furious guns who will never see him again, and Holder and his crew will never be held to account. Not even close.

Realize that this is the way things work now, when resources are flowing freely, and everything is easy. When the Apocalypse hits, panic fills every void, and the issue become to survive or not survive, then there will really be no rules. It will be Bedlam.

You need to be ready for that, and there is no better way to prepare for that than realizing that there are no rules now, and everything you know is a lie.

Tell everyone about r/K Theory, because it is rules that cannot be ignored

Spoliation of material evidence, in this case the material evidence in a case, has a well established response by the court.

Death penalty sanctions.

Stop cheering so loud, they aren’t going to execute anyone. But it does mean that the party being sanctioned loses the lawsuit. Completely and totally. They are allowed no defense, the court assumes that everything the plaintiff is alleging is true, the court awards the plaintiff everything they are asking for, and they also order the defendant to pay all of the Plaintiff’s legal fees.

Unfortunately, it looks like destroying official records is only a misdemeanor in GA, but you can at least hammer the budget of the department.

Good insights. As AC stated, they covered their asses, whatever the consequences. A misdemeanor and loss of some tax dollars is highly preferable to proof of election rigging.

Very true AC. The indictments coming on Monday are probably Manafort and Flynn. If that sets the standard, in a fair world, Killary Inc. would all be doing life. But we live in a world were 20% of America’s Uranium walks out the door, for less than the cost of a suburban house.

I am amazed by people who think they are “good” people for paying their taxes, or that paying taxes is some kind of moral imperative. You should absolutely get away with anything you possibly can. Every additional tax dollar paid is food for the beast.

What’s your thoughts on opioids which is continuing to kill. And Trump’s relative inaction and growing anger at his lack of action?

I’d love to read your thoughts on the pickle Debbie Wasserman Schultz has gotten herself into, and how it may just be the tip of the iceberg in the Democratic Party. Her IT guys were middle eastern (naturalized citizens) scammers who were being paid exorbitant salaries to fix DNC computers, while being given access to all of the (maybe classified) information. They were working some real estate cons along the way and one of them have now fled to Pakistan with A LOT of money (the other was arrested at the air port). She (Debbie) is still defending them, and was incredibly butt-hurt that the police have her computer in evidence. She even threatened them on camera, if they look at its contents she’ll make them pay.

“Fun fact”: In Germany the results of the postal voting still haven’t been released over a month after the general election. Even better, there were areas where the right-wing party had literal 0,0% while the surrounding areas all had them clearly over 5% – and no one battet an eye.

The entire west is a clusterfuck of corruption. We have become a golden cage and many people don’t realise it is a cage. At least not yet.

To top it off – the election website was down for like 20 minutes on election day right when the results were coming in.

I could easily write a book about all the corruption within Germany and the EU. It really isn’t any better than in the US.

More fun facts:

On 1st August 2015 a change of the german law for temporary residence was changed. Originally every refugee would have had to leave eventually. They changed the law into refugee-status turning into immigration-status after 3 years.

Essentially what they are doing is overwhelming the bureaucracy for refugees and turn them into legal citizen after 3 years, if the federal agency can’t prove that the withdrawl of the “protection-status” is legitimate. Which the federal agency obviously will not do nor does they have the ressources to do that.

To hide that they did a whole ton of other changes within that law to make sure it stays unnoticed (changing all “x months”-phrasings into “x days”, etc).

That law was pushed through 1 month before Merkel went “we are open borders for all refugees”. Shamed be he who thinks evil of it. If you want to know more about it, read up the Kalergi-plan and the Charlemagne Prize (which Kalergi was the first to get and Merke, Blair, Clinton, Juncker, the EU all got).

In that context what should really interest you are the new Dublin-regulations which involves being able to make group-requests up to 30 people (gotta make sure those 4 wives are involved there, right). Also the refugees essentially can pick their favourite country to go to.

Same thing happened here in 2012. Multiple precincts nation wide.
