Everything these days is cloaked in intrigue:
A judge has dismissed child neglect charges against three of the five people who were arrested after authorities discovered children living on a remote compound in New Mexico.
The judge made the ruling that Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahha could not remain in custody since prosecutors missed a 10-day limit to establish probable cause for the neglect charges.
Another hearing for Siraj Wahhaj, the father of the 3-year-old boy who was discovered dead on the property, will take place Wednesday afternoon. Wahhaj and his partner, Jany Leveille, have been charged with child abuse resulting in death.
Back when the local PD wanted to go in because of the report of a kidnapped child, FBI stymied them and stalled their entry. Then after the arrests, somebody abandoned all the evidence including some weapons and ammo which were found by the landowner. The site was left unsecured with evidence still in place, for reporters to wander through, contaminating it, and when the reporters reported that, the site was mysteriously bulldozed under.
Now prosecutors made a mistake that will cause the charges to be dropped.
Somebody in this group is plugged in, probably in the Cabal informant network. Don’t forget one member’s father is a controversial Imam who was linked to the 1993 World Trade Center Attacks, but skated himself on that one. And Cabal membership is kept in the family.
If terrorism is actually a Cabal phenomenon more than an organic one, then this is just the way things have always been, only playing out under more watchful eyes, and thwarted by a more aggressive local PD. It makes me wonder if part of the reason NYPD created such a robust, stand alone intelligence operation complete with offices all over the world was they felt the FBI was corrupted, and elements within it were shielding the terrorists, and maybe even aiding them in their missions.
