Cabal Hits – A Likely Case Study

This was an interesting article:

The mistress of a Russian whistleblower has described how he was nervous, shaking and acting like it was his “last days of life” before he collapsed and died outside his Surrey mansion.

Elmira Medynska had spent two days in Paris with Alexander Perepilichnyy and on the night before his death she described how he had become sick after sending some of his food back at the Buddha Bar…

She has given evidence to French police during an eight hour interview, but has never been questioned by the British authorities, who concluded that there was no third party involvement in his death.

This makes me think Cabal, and not Russia.

…“He made a very good impression on me,”… But… he was very “secretive”, emailing her from an address in a fake name Sergei Kavalov and not telling her what he did for his business.

She remembered when they were in Nice he took a call over lunch and was “very nervous” and “screaming” at someone on the other end of the line. But it was in Paris that she really noticed a change in his behaviour.

The couple checked in to the five star Hotel Le Bristol, where rooms cost around £1,000 a night, before heading out to George V for lunch where Mr Perepilichnyy, 44, seemed “stressed” and “nervous” and was “shaking” so much that he spilt his red wine on himself…

That evening they went to the Buddha Bar, where insisted on taking the seat so he could see the restaurant, leaving her on the less comfortable chair.

“He was looking for people around,” she said. “He was a little bit stressed.”

Nobody from Cabal is going to attack you to your face, except in very rare circumstances. They are going to sneak death into you. If you are attacked, you might resist, and as anybody who has fought knows, all fights can turn on a dime, and skill is not a guarantee you won’t get caught by a lucky shot.

He ordered a number of dishes, including sushi rolls and tempura, but he sent the fried dish back as he “said that the taste is bad”.

It emerged that he had actually made bookings at three other restaurants before taking her to the Buddha Bar.

I’d like to be able to say he should have been watching his food in the restaurant as it was delivered, but that is no guarantee with Cabal today.

Any area by a United Nations facility, defense contractors, or any other target of interest will have spooks working in all the restaurants. This is because diplomats, contractors, and others with sensitive intelligence enjoy dinners, and talk while they eat. So espionage operations will send operatives to get hired on as waiters, and wait at their jobs for orders. In addition, whatever intelligence operation is working in the area where you are, will almost certainly have been spotted, penetrated, and taken over by the Cabal to whatever degree possible, be it local LE, State LE, private eyes, or even covert federal operatives. They will all be sought out and turned wherever possible.

So if you go to a restaurant and Cabal Inc’s board votes to liquidate you, you can make and cancel all the reservations you want. Your surveillance team will follow you to your final restaurant, check the database to see if they have someone inside, text the agent employed inside, and then get him what he needs to put in your food. It will all happen out of your sight, and there will be no way to defend against it.

These things can happen in McDonalds too. McDonalds employs work-release program employees, and those who are in the criminal world, and who have parole officers, can often be informants, and thus intelligence assets able to be turned to Cabal’s ends. If you follow POTUS’s lead and buy at McDonalds, make sure you see your food taken from where it is waiting, already prepared. And know that even there you are taking a risk.

In a modern Western country, all of this almost entirely precludes eating at restaurants, unless you have Donald Trump-level security monitoring the restaurant area for wireless communications curiously timed to your arrival, including anything encrypted, and watching your food prep from start to delivery.

When they returned to their hotel he locked himself in the bathroom for roughly an hour and it sounded like he was vomiting, she said, but when he came out he said he did not need to see a doctor.

He might have thought he felt effects, or he might just have decided that it was too much of a risk, and too little cost to simply dumping his stomach to be safe. Paranoia under those circumstances builds, and makes being safe rather than sorry a powerful urge.

Lucas Fear-Segal, acting for Legal and General with whom Mr Perepilichnyy had a substantial insurance policy, pointed out that she told French police that she “did not have a good feeling” about their trip to Paris as a friend had died recently and before his death he had “acted as if it was the last days of his life and you had the same feeling about Alexander”.

When they parted ways at the airport he was in “good shape” and told her that he would take her to Switzerland, which unbeknownst to her was where he had passed information to prosecutors which implicated senior Russian police officers and state officials in a tax fraud…

At the time of his death he had been helping specialist investment firm Hermitage Capital Management uncover a 230 million US dollar (£150 million) Russian money-laundering operation.

Any operation that big probably has intel support. If it is criminal, it will be former spooks freelancing, or even operating as infiltration, and working as cover. If it is Cabal, it will probably be official government spooks. And this could even have been Russian criminals laundering money with Cabal, in return for giving Cabal a cut. In that case, everyone will be looking to punch the ticket of the guy who is about to rain on the parade.

My guess is the phone call was with somebody who told him of an indiscretion they had which potentially exposed him. Could even have been a prosecutor who said their office was broken into.

A compound similar to gelsemium, a rare plant known as “heartbreak grass” which is used by assassins, was found in his stomach contents but tests on the substance proved inconclusive.

Totally inconclusive, which is why Britain says there is nothing to see here. Britain is not going to let an opportunity to portray Russia as corrupt murderers slide by. I think they hit Skripal themselves just so they could blame Russia. But here they say this is nothing.

Cabal probably had a finger in the pie.

She never heard from his again, but received four phone calls telling her he had been in an accident and asking her who she was to Mr Perepilichnyy and leaving her “shocked and afraid”.

He did not return her messages and she did not know that he had died until New Year’s Eve when she searched for his names and articles about his death came up.

Maybe. If I was in his position, I would expect any eastern European hookers to have been approached by Cabal or Russia, and prepped to kill me, long before their arrival. I would expect a trip to a restaurant to be fatal. And if he was doing those two things, God only knows what else he was doing. His sheets at the hotel could have been poisoned, a cashier could have handed him a bill in a stack of singles with something on it, he could have been sprayed on the street by a passerby.

You need some level of discipline and paranoia if you intend to get into the Cabal and end up at odds with them. If you don’t have that, you won’t last long at all.
