Blue-Haired Woman Scrawls Anti-Trump Graffiti

An interesting face:

Police said Tuesday they had captured the blue-haired woman who scrawled anti-Donald Trump graffiti on four Los Angeles County buildings.

Surveillance cameras filmed a woman Sunday as she used a can of blue spray paint to deface multiple walls in downtown L.A. with vulgarities about Trump and other writings about the president-elect, according to Deputy Kelvin Moody, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Eyes and eyebrows – high amygdala, to the point of startle.

Blue hair – dopamine elicitor.

Mouth – the stretching of the mouth laterally is cloaking. This is the mouth position narcissists assume when their amygdala goes overboard, but they don’t want anyone to see it. It some cases, where possible, you will also get a flexing of dimples. The objective is to appear clueless and unawares, but it can be a positive indicator a major amygdala hijack is possible – if you press on fiercely in the face of it.

Amusingly, this exact feature of the narcissist is described by Christopher Buckley in his description of his father in the NYT. When his mother would launch into an embarrassingly blatant lie to try and embarrass and hijack her husband at a dinner, Bill would immediately put on this exact same expression, which Christopher described as follows:

If you ever saw Oliver Hardy, from the comedy duo of Laurel and Hardy make the same face after he screwed something up, you would recognize it in your narcissist immediately. I assume the actor who portrayed Ollie had some weird experiences with a retarded narcissist who fucked everything up, and then would make that face to avoid being punished for it, and he then incorporated it into his act. He may have died thinking that idiot was doing it innocently and making that face out of shame.

Narcissist are all hell to be around, but I have often thought that someone should create a Big Brother-like reality show featuring several old and miserable narcissists, housed together 24/7 and forced to interact, all while watching rich young people enjoying life to the hilt. The lengths to which they would go to torture each other would be incredibly amusing.

I suspect they cloak, because if they were doing the hijack on someone and knew they were in this state, they would close in for the kill by piling on the amygdala. They live for driving the shiv in when their target is reeling. That is why you never let a narcissist know you are the least bit bothered. It will both, cause them to become a hundred times as irritating, and give them strength to continue to be a pain in the ass. You want them demoralized and demotivated, and that is produced by appearing totally unbothered. They know this, and that is why they cloak.

Interesting also is the masculinization of the face. I would have thought this character was a guy. As you head in the direction of r-selection, men become much more feminine, and women become much more masculine, as an overall trend. That is not an accident. The roles of males and females reverse in r and K-selection.

In K-selection males are provisioners and protectors and females guide offspring to safety as males engage threats. In r-selection, males avoid all threats to maximize mating, and single females raising offspring alone are left to provision and protect offspring themselves from any threat that arises. As a result, there is a reversal of sexual dimorphism as you shift from r to K.

That you seem to see it in humans, along with all the other traits and features is strongly indicative.
