Archival Material of Cabal – The Eugene Wavelength

An oldie from 1978, which might have been early Cabal experimentation, or just something which would eventually lead to a Cabal project:

A powerful radio signal that may be affecting human health has been monitored in several Eugene locations and in the air 3,000 feet above the city, the Eugene-Register Guard reported in a copyrighted article Sunday…

Public agencies, dogged for the past two months by industrial hygienist Marshall Van Ert of the University of Oregon, have begun their own study to verify the existence of the radio signal and the health problems that Van Ert uncovered. A state Health Division physicist who completed a night radio monitoring Friday confirmed the existence of the signal…

“We’re trying to determine if there’s any direct correlation between the radio frequency and the biological effects,” said Kay Prince, a health physicist from the state Health Division’s radiation control section. “We know both things exist. Now we’ve got to find out if they’re tied together, if one is causing the other.”

Prince said the data which the health division is attempting to assemble will serve as evidence to bring radio frequency specialists from the Environmental Protection Agency into the investigation. She said the state has formally requested the assistance of the EPA.

Some researchers have blamed such signals for disorders ranging from cancer and cataracts to headaches and insomnia. Some health professionals and environmentalists call the signals “electronic smog.”…

“We saw some rather atrocious signal levels in our aerial search over Eugene,” said Bill Bise, a Portland radio engineer. “The frequency didn’t worry me. But the pulse portion of the signal is something to be concerned about. I’ve seen about 25 references to pulse sources causing biological effects.”

Van Ert conducted 25 interviews with persons who live or work in the areas where the signal has been detected. He said persons described a common set of symptoms, including ear and throat problems, headaches, and insomnia….

Those mysterious radio signal that some Eugene residents turn their skin red and cause other health problems are not coming from outer space, but from a “naval operation” in Alameda, Calif., a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) official said Tuesday….

“At the same time this electromagnetic sources has been detected, people have reported noises in the head, stuffiness and reddened skin,” she said Monday.

Marshall Van Ert, an industrial hygienist at the University of Oregon who was one of the original investigators of the pulses in the Eugene area, said the signals caused his skin to turn red.

“On at least five occasions I have had to leave my apartment,” Van Ert said. “The signal strength will begin to increase in intensity in the evening from 6 to 7 o’clock and continue through the night and into the morning until about 8 or 9 o’clock.”…

Van Ert said his investigation began when he was asked to investigate a house in nearby Santa Clara, Ore. last October.

“In the house, I perceived a high-pitched, nonaudible sensation that set up a ringing in my ears. It felt like a pressure around my head.”

The Oregon State Health Division said Tuesday the matter is now in the hands of the federal Environmental Protection Agency for any further action.

The question still remains, was the signal intended to cause harm and was it covered up?

Even back then, the government’s ultimate response was, “Don’t worry about your bleeding ears, plebe, it is harmless and you’ll be fine. In fact, you may be imagining it.” Scientists knew the research said otherwise, but somebody came in, flashed some IDs, and that was it.

Now scientists are saying microwaves are probably what were behind the “sonic” attacks on our diplomats and intelligence officers at embassies in Cuba, China, and possibly elsewhere

They’ve been described as “sonic attacks” — bizarre, unexplained head injuries that spurred the United States to bring home diplomatic staff from China and Cuba. Now scientists are saying the ailments could have been caused by microwave weapons.

… the study’s lead author, Douglas Smith, director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Brain Injury and Repair, told The New York Times that the diplomats likely suffered brain injuries and that microwaves are considered the culprit…

“It’s almost like a concussion, but without a concussion — meaning that they look like individuals who have persistent concussion symptoms but have no history of head impact,” Smith said, describing the injuries and explaining that learning the cause is vital to determining the best means of preventing it…

A senior administration official told CNN that investigators have torn apart buildings where diplomatic employees encountered the sounds but found no acoustic devices, leading law enforcement to believe that the injuries were the result of microwaves beamed from a nearby location and that the “sounds” were merely a means of masking the microwave attacks…

“Reported facts appear consistent with pulsed (radio frequency/microwave radiation) as the source of injury in Cuba diplomats. Non-diplomats citing symptoms from RF/MW … report compatible health conditions,” she concluded in her report.

“Everything fits,” Golomb said in a university news release. “The specifics of the varied sounds that the diplomats reported hearing during the apparent inciting episodes, such as chirping, ringing and buzzing, cohere in detail with known properties of so-called ‘microwave hearing,’ also known as the Frey effect.”…

The weapon itself would be portable, according to The New York Times, capable of being held in one’s hand or mounted on a vehicle, and while most would work over the span of only a few blocks, high-powered versions could fire microwave beams up to several miles…

The sophistication of the attack has led US officials to suspect a third country is involved, perhaps as retribution against the United States or Canada — whose diplomats have also been targeted — or to drive a wedge between those countries and Cuba.

Obama opening up Cuba may have been an attempt to create another sovereign banker to funnel the money of Cabal into and out of the international banking/investment system, and cloak it’s origins and destinations. Or maybe Cabal needs airports and children. There is no telling how bad everything is at this point. But whatever the motivations, these attacks may have been an attempt to prevent the US from getting close enough to Cuba to get Cuba to give it Cabal’s banking information, Cabal-related intel, and shut off Cabal’s access to funds.

We know Q was highly active in China, and China appeared to be willing to help Trump against Cabal, when suddenly our spooks in China began falling ill. Was this an attempt to drive a wedge between us and China, or to simply disable our operators in that nation?

Any nation that does this is subject to retaliation in some form. Only Cabal is ephemeral enough in structure to be able to strike the warriors of most powerful nation in the world, without any fear of the US launching missiles or impacting their economy more than the US is already trying to.

Unfortunately, Kelly Ann Conway implied she was either being exposed to microwaves in low doses along with other administration officials, or they had been briefed they might be so exposed, as part of the current state of the art in thru-wall imaging and eavesdropping. I’m sure they are not alone among the citizenry.

On the bright side, I would imagine that Trump, his administration, and the White Hats in intel want to see the Cabal hung high, wide and handsome, and when this is over, that is exactly what they will do.
