Archival Material Of Cabal – Base Jumping Edition

You are in New York City in the middle of the night driving around, when nobody else is on the street. Out of the blue a dude in a fucking parachute drops in the road in front of you. Do you slow down to get a better look at him? Do you stop? Do you turn and drive by him? I’d pull up and ask, “Dude, WTF?”

Or do two cars move at a steady rate of speed, both pretending they are not looking at it?

Did you think they got away free with base jumping off the World Trade Center after 9/11, and nobody was watching? Do you think five military aged males weren’t picked up when they were seen alone, at an irregular hour, carrying large packages, trying to hide, and illegally sneaking into the World Trade Center Construction site? Now the interesting part. If they were seen carrying large packages, which could have been shaped charges, into the World Trade Center Construction site, after 9/11, why didn’t anyone notify NYPD and have them “accidently” intercepted by an NYPD roving security patrol? If they had been terrorists that building could have been dropped. Could they have been left alone because surveillance knew what they were doing? Could everyone be watched so closely, and their private conversations covered so completely, that they knew what they were doing before they even left their homes that night?

Now the surveillance tip. One thing you will notice when under coverage is coincidences. Coverage can’t stay on your tail, because people look for someone following them. Even handoffs can be a risk of exposure, as people may notice that every time one car pulls off their tail, another hops right on. So in high end surveillance you will notice coincidences. You reach a corner to turn in a low traffic area, and another car reaches it just as you do and has to wait as you turn in front of it. You drive by a side street, and another car pulls up to turn off it just as you pass by. You exit a parking lot, and another car pulls out from another parking lot on either side of you just as you do. You pull out of your driveway, and a car almost always happens to be driving the opposite way on your street between your driveway and the first major intersection. Taken alone, the chance of each coincidence is small. But when you see coincidences all over, the chance those are vehicular surveillance units maintaining eyes on you gradually increases.

As with all surveillance detection you never know what is up with trained coverage. All you can do is establish probabilities in your mind, and as coincidence after coincidence piles up, realize that the chances you have coverage is increasing as well.

Notice the one car stopped at a stoplight facing his line of travel, with a perfect sightline to watch him as he descends. Can stoplights be controlled? What are the chances that the light changes just as he passes over it? Is that a coincidence? Notice the car which just reaches the stop light crosswise to it, and comes to a stop as he passes it, and how car # 1 picks up and moves on as it does, because the light just happened to change (if it did, which is not clear). Notice the two cars which just happen to drive by exactly after he lands, which had been in a position to pick him up from behind after he exited the sightline of car #2 and how they time their approach to coincide with his landing. Notice how they don’t stop or slow to take a better look. Look at how each moving car seen as he descends happened to have a perfect sightline to take in each stage of his descent. Car #1 pointing at him, Car #2 crosswise, and cars #3 and #4 following on behind him to document the landing. Did you catch that all on the first pass? How did they know to be set up like that? It is almost as if they knew exactly what he was going to do, and arranged their coverage plan before he did it. It is everywhere, even on the evening news, once you know what to look for.

Some of the stopped cars parked by the side of the road may have been stationary video units they parked there and left running, but I don’t think you could use any of them for a detection effort. Obviously for operational purposes, if that had been me I would be paranoid as fuck and just operate as if the parked cars were coverage of some sort, but for purposes of detection, there wasn’t the statistic likelihood offered by the perfect positioning of the moving vehicular units combined with the timing of the stoplight. If this were a world where surveillance was not ever present, and where you wouldn’t be able to know with absolute certainty that he would have been picked up doing that, I would have said the chances would have been about 80% or a little higher that he was made, just off the perfect vehicle positioning and the stoplight timing.

My assumption would be that even back then the eavesdropping was so pervasive, inside denied areas, and probably run through advanced AI (searching for keywords related to targets that could provide “Perception Changing Events” (PCEs)) that these guys flagged the machine and were looked at more closely. Likely they knew beforehand what was coming and what these guys were going to do, maybe weeks or even more before. They were probably watched extensively in the run up, and the scouting, and it all was documented. If it had been an actual PCE/attack, Cabal would have decided beforehand whether or not to let it go down based on what would have been in their interests.

Cabal didn’t like something I wrote, about hoping we ignore the petty demoralization narratives now, and instead ready ourselves and focus on researching who is really at the top of it, so when the time comes retribution is focused. They hit me with the through-wall shit again, which is why we are going with another of these posts.

I am an American who believes in the myth. I hope Cabal gets destroyed, no shit. What I see in America today is abhorrent. To the extent surveillance seems a direct wing of Cabal, devoted to random citizens and not stopping criminality, and given I now think the terrorism meme is just that, a meme that would not exist without Cabal logistically aiding those imbecilic Muslim meatsticks, I am not fond of surveillance’s existence either. I know Mancini was you, which only makes it worse. And I know there were many, many others whose lives were ruined for no reason. So I will ride this beast into the ground on principle. If you didn’t tell Bon-bon’s crew to do it, then get them under control. And if you did, or if you have no control over whoever they sent in for this, then we will go back and forth this way until I go down or until Q wins, probably the latter if my read is any measure.

It isn’t personal. Some of your people seem nice. I am still not clear why you all haven’t risen up yourselves yet, since you have to know, and you know enough to do real damage. But I am not going to shut up about Cabal to save myself, and I am not going to take each hit without trying to get a piece of Cabal in return. At present the only thing I can take a piece of is you and your hidden status. If you are not doing it, and you want me to take a piece of whoever else is doing it, give me something I can use under the table. Let’s face it you break the rules every day, and you will know how to do something off the radar because you are the radar.

Break the rules for something good for once.
