One of the guns used in the November 13, 2015 Paris terrorist attacks came from Phoenix, Arizona where the Obama administration allowed criminals to buy thousands of weapons illegally in a deadly and futile “gun-walking” operation known as “Fast and Furious.”
A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally, “off book,” Judicial Watch’s law enforcement sources confirm. Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.
The investigative follow up of the Paris weapon consisted of tracking a paper trail using a 4473 form, which documents a gun’s ownership history by, among other things, using serial numbers. The Phoenix gun owner that the weapon was traced back to was found to have at least two federal firearms violations—for selling one weapon illegally and possessing an unregistered automatic—but no enforcement or prosecutorial action was taken against the individual. Instead, ATF leaders went out of their way to keep the information under the radar and ensure that the gun owner’s identity was “kept quiet,” according to law enforcement sources involved with the case. “Agents were told, in the process of taking the fully auto, not to anger the seller to prevent him from going public,” a veteran law enforcement official told Judicial Watch.
‘Tis good to be the King, but a Fedguv pet is almost as good.
If I was busted cold with a illegal full-auto, my ass would be grass. I wouldn’t be surprised. I wouldn’t even run. I’d take one last long drag off a cigarette, blow out the smoke up in the air, and then ask them, “What took you so long?,” as they got ready to haul me away.
But if you are on the list, you are golden. You can almost stack dead bodies like cordwood in your front yard, and if you complain to the right person about the smell, some guy will show up and take them all away.
The interesting thing is how everyone jumps for Fedguv these days. Local LE gets quiet, local DAs shut up, politicians deny everything, and people in the know will quake with fear if you ask any questions. I wouldn’t be surprised if judges, lawyers, and more or less every facet of American government is like marionettes if the right Fedguv agent gets them on the line. Only the grass roots Law Enforcement at ground level are upset, and even they can only leak little tidbits here and there, because you never know who is watching.
It is all very strange when you were raised with the traditional view of American government, and it makes you realize the increasingly unfettered power of the Deep State. The upper brass in the DOJ killed federal agent Bryan Terry with this bullshit, they even let him die while they medivac’d the illegal shit who shot him via helicopter, and they have covered it all up while in plain sight.
Clearly we desperately need Trump to get his finger on the trigger of the Deep State, and soon.
I just hope whoever has their finger on the trigger of the Deep State doesn’t decide to pull it on Trump first. I would imagine the idea of him taking control of the machine is an unimaginable threat.
[…] AK Used In Paris Attack Was From Fast And Furious […]
It’s “Street Kings,” without the good guys.
That’s why dealing with criminal gangs before they become powerful is so important. Since they are by definition a declaration of sovereignty that is a challenge to the power of the country. Powerful enough they morph into 4th generation war actors and pose a significant security threat. So its best to wipe them from the face of the earth at all costs. Either that or recognize their authority and control over their own territory.
Everything in between maximizes suffering and death.
The mexican drug cartels in my opinion operates as a defacto insurgency as well as a business same as ISIS who copied the shock and awe aspect of terror through gruesome propaganda.
It is legal to own a fully automatic weapon, but you need a special federal license (I know people who have it, not licensed gun dealers), and you need a special background check. So why didn’t this guy get the license?
The transfer fees are really big.

History may not repeat itself, but it does rhyme. Trump reminds me of Tiberius Gracchus:

Why wouldn’t they? Everyday I wait for the news. As Pink said: “Everyday the paper boy brings more.”
