… but the explosion in the number of needy children in the nation’s public classrooms is a recent phenomenon that has been gaining attention among educators, public officials and researchers.
This will make for a very war-like generation when these kids come of age, and their parents probably aren’t in a particularly good mood either. Of course, the collapse hasn’t even happened yet…
