IRS Commissioner John Koskinen referred congressional charges of corrupt Clinton Foundation “pay-to-play” activities to his tax agency’s exempt operations office for investigation, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.
The request to investigate the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation on charges of “public corruption” was made in a July 15 letter by 64 House Republicans to the IRS, FBI and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). They charged the foundation is “lawless.”
The initiative is being led by Rep. Marsha Blackburn, a Tennessee Republican who serves as the vice chairwoman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, which oversees FTC. The FTC regulates public charities alongside the IRS.
The lawmakers charged the Clinton Foundation is a “lawless ‘pay-to-play’ enterprise that has been operating under a cloak of philanthropy for years and should be investigated.”
I see this as an amygdala stimulus. The chances are this investigation will run past the inauguration. As a result, Hillary’s amygdala will now see two options. Either she wins, and the operatives she installs in the IRS will sweep all of this under the carpet, or Donald Trump will win, and God only knows what he will do. This will massively increase the importance with which her amygdala will flag this election, and that will cause her to focus on every negative stimulus vastly more intensely. Now, she cannot lose.
Hillary is already playing with a cognitive system that is barely hanging on to functionality, even as all her little minions run around in fear, averting their eyes, and trying so desperately not to, in any way, cause her displeasure. This little development will not help her addled amygdala to maintain control of her brain as she faces the master of cognitive manipulation, Donald Trump.

It’s not only Hillary who feels threatened with jail time in case of a Trump win. A reader at VDARE pointed out that much of the Democrat Party has been breaking the law by trotting out illegal aliens at the DNC. Quote:

Furthermore, both Jeh Johnson and Barack Hussein Obama have personal legal liability for these violations as well. Not because there were illegal aliens at the DNC, but because those and other illegal aliens falsely and fraudulently obtained immigration documents, to wit, an Employment Authorization Document, EAD, Form I-756, at the order and instruction of Johnson and Obama. That means that President Trump can have Janet Napolitano, Johnson, and Obama criminally prosecuted for their official malfeasance in office with regard to assisting illegal aliens to remain in the United States.
Similarly, the Democrat Party, the DNC, and their officials are legally liable for criminal prosecution under 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv).

I originally said this to friends a while ago as a half joke. But it’s looking like not such a joke after all. I said Hillary is desperate to be President because that’s her only chance of staying out of jail.
Well, she could instead get declared unfit to stand trial. I don’t know how the laws on that work over there, but if she starts that head-bobbing thing in a courtroom, she should likely land up in a mental home rather than a prison cell.
