A client trust account isn’t for money that is owed to the client. A client trust account is for money that has been paid to the lawyer. It’s a retainer account. (Money held by the lawyer for the client is put into a durable trust where that client is the beneficiary, not in the IOLTA account.)
The client doesn’t have a right to the interest, because they are paying the money to the lawyer. The lawyer doesn’t have a right to the money because he hasn’t done the work yet. When the lawyer does the work, he sends the bill to the client and takes the money out of the trust account.
That puts the interest on the account in a sort of moral limbo, so state bars set up a system for that interest to go to charity.

I went through there yesterday and it’s the same as I remember. They had clips of fights, wipeouts, a dead lady in the street, bodycam of a cop shooting a shoplifter point blank (didnt think that was a thing these days, lol), a guy being shot a bunch of times in a white room like some kind of execution/most dangerous game, various brutal traffic accidents etc.
Years ago I remember AC saying he watched these vids to toughen up and I tried doing the same because I’m not good with this type of stuff. A lot of times I block the screen with my hand or just reverse the hell out of there. I’m still traumatized by that video on 4chan of the ostrich ripping it’s own head off. Nobody is telling you to watch this material, especially AC. But there may come a time where mangled bodies lie in the street, people next to you get shot or blown up or beaten to death. Or your coworker gets pulled into an industrial lathe with his skin stripped, bone crushed body whirling around and around at 100 mph for 10 minutes before the machine gets shut down. I’m hoping if the shtf I’ll be somewhat able to not be paralyzed by shock if stuff happens.

Google has been found liable for using its monopoly on search to get Apple and Android (that claims it is separate) as the default General Search Engine (GSE.) It also found that google uses this monopoly to increase its search ad revenue.
The next phase is for the court to determine how to solve the problem. It’s rarely solved with money. The courts are supposed to resolve the problem, not just charge a fee. That means that it is likely that google is going to have to spin off the ad part of google search, and I’m not even sure how you do this — maybe you require google to sell space to other companies, maybe you prohibit them for a time (10-20 years is typical) from having default GSE deals with anyone.
The other problem that google has is that there is a separate lawsuit going on over adsense and it’s monopoly combined with youtube and google search monopolies. With search being ruled a monopoly, one part of that case is already decided, and not in their favor.
I’ve wondered if this will even be resolved. Odds are, there will be a fine. Screwgle has more than enough money to pay it. They pay the EU billions in fees as a matter of course. You can’t really shame them into putting “don’t be evil” back into their ethics. Laws are only as good as the will or the means to enforce them. Screwgle is guilty, but will it even matter in the grand scheme of things?
I found this morning’s inquiry about gore videos profoundly off-putting. I’ve pondered it all day and I can’t imagine any legitimate use for such material. There may theoretically be such, but I can’t think of it.

Correct. The beaming is getting ridiculous, and I am just absorbing it right now, so they just keep turning it up. They have something new, which somehow turns your brain off increasingly for about twenty minutes, and then something hits which actually puts you out cold, and a few times I think I detected like a soft push to the head as it hit, before I went out. And it does it weirdly, because I am sitting when it hits, and somehow the rest of my body keeps sitting, but my neck slumps off to the side with my head just hanging, to the point it hurts when I come to, and I am just out for anywhere from a few seconds to ten or fifteen minutes a few times. I get the impression while I am out they do something else sometimes, because sometimes when I wake, my ears are literally ringing, like in a movie after a massive explosion, and my balance is fucked up.
I need some cost to it, to inflict, so I will just put on three or four hours of the really worst gore on, and let their monitors deal with that, and their supervisor see how he likes having to approve counseling and the high turnover as they break down. At this point, I am so deadened to any effect it will do nothing to me. But the reason these cunts work for this thing is not some noble calling. They are afraid of just a little targeting and gangstalking. See how they like a few hours of solid, amygdala-wracking, that there is no coming back from.

I have found surveillance freaks out at targets watching gore. I suspect it is because their people joined because they are natively afraid and amygdala-driven, so watching it can do to them what happened to the facebook censors in an article I linked way back, many of whom were broken for life just from having to look at those types of videos periodically in their work.
It is tough to describe what targeting at this level does to you after this many years, and maybe I began somewhat unique with a mind accustomed to hardship, but my amygdala is completely burned out now, with every fuse blown. I can look at the worst of that, and nothing affects me. I suspect I can give two or three of their people permanent PTSD, and wreck them in ways they may not be able to come back from, every day. If they insist on continuing what is going on now each day with what I suspect is some kind of pulsed, magnetic-field device, they I will take out as many of them as I can each day in return. I should be putting more pressure on them that way anyway, given I have basically the ultimate evil in this world right here, and I am just letting it operate freely.
For the record, I am not a gore fan, and my native, out of the box state, pre-targeting would have been like you. At this point though, it really has become whatever works, and if I am going down that road, I am all in, whole-hog.

I don’t like it exactly, but it doesn’t put me in a bad mood. If you think you can actually get them to watch it, then use it as a strategy I guess.
I am reminded that hindu/buddhist monks who were thought to have too much attachment/desire for bodies. That is, love of their own beauty or heavy desire for sex would do something called charnel meditation. Basically, dead bodies were thrown into a designated area to rot called a charnel ground. Pretty disgusting I am sure. These monks would go and meditate there to try and get over their attachments and/or reactiveness for the body. Remind themselves that all bodies end up like that. Impermanence and what-not.

I think they are spraying the homes of what they label as high fliers, to degrade us, to try to bring us back to their level. I have actually killed all the breakers in my house, which is fairly far from other homes, thinking maybe they installed something in my home, and still had the effect.
I am so sorry if you are dealing with this. We will defeat it, I think that is why God put all of us here in this moment. And I think when we are rid of it, this world will just become unimaginably magical, all the time for us. Especially knowing what the real darkness was like.
And just one other thing. With me they use a couple of different technologies. One of them I belief is some kind of pulsed radio frequency which cannot make it through water. I tend to naturally put on a lot of muscle. However for several years I naturally ran about thirty pounds lighter than I have most of my life. I could not get my weight back up. You experience these things the first time, and you assume they are normal, and you are just getting old. However I was finally forced to begin sleeping underwater, and since then the weight just piled right back on. I am now 30 lbs heavier than I was in January, and my food has not changed, I am still exercising. I think it was all them.
I had, when sleeping out of water, (and as they turned up what they were doing to the point it was obvious), been getting awakened every night by like a cloud of hot-electricity sensation which would envelope me. Once done at a higher level, it was waking me up, and I realized I had been breathing like I was running a 100 yard sprint, and my heart rate would be as high as 150-160, and just pounding. I suspect when they were doing it lower, I was just breathing heavy, and my heart rate was like 130, and I was actually sleeping through that, and somehow it was fucking up my metabolism and my weight gain.
So I have found being in the house, but sleeping underwater has had measurable effect, and forced them to do other things while I am up and awake to try and make up for the loss of hitting me when I am sleeping. I have zero doubt they are hitting me through the walls, they were doing it before I knew about them, and if they were doing it to me when I was a young goof, they will be doing it to a lot of more-impressive and capable people.

Was wondering, AC, have you ever lived in an apartment complex? And would that have an impact on their deployment of tech against you? In particular, maybe they wouldn’t want to hit their own operators with collateral damage, which might reduce their attacks.
From what I have read, apartments are nightmares. I think their tech is very precise, probably creating nodes using constructive and destructive interference. I don’t think they worry much about hitting randos, and the proximity allows much greater targeting.

There is a veterinary antibiotic called Tylan. Every dog I had growing up had digestive issues, which I now suspect was probably not a coincidence. In several cases where they would have been that bad, Tylan was a lifesaver. The first one where the vet said to try it, was a wolf that had a head like a skeleton despite eating just an ungodly amount of chicken and rice morning and night. A teaspoon of Tylan in each meal and they were able to go back on regular dog food, and it was like they were not sick.
I think something their tech does is suppress the immune system, and in dogs the bacteria in the gut just get all fucked up, and then they get problems elsewhere on top of it from ear infections to toenail infections. Tylan prevents the growth of the bacteria in the gut, and at least lets their intestines function.
As an agricultural antibiotic made to be added in bulk to things like the mass watering system of a warehouse full of chickens, it is fairly cheap, and often can be bought over the counter. I think this would be like two to three months of meals:
