In Fulton County Georgia, 150,000 still secret 2020 unfolded mail-in ballots with perfect ovals filled in which were protected by court order for 3 years, may have gone missing, and the county’s lawyers have just quit.

Hunter Biden launched a lawsuit on Wednesday against former Overstock.com CEO, Patrick Byrne, for defamation, claiming Byrne falsely accused him of soliciting a bribe from Iran. Notice, if this was a real fight, and one was a good guy, and the other a bad guy, the situation would risk giving a microphone to a good guy. I have said, the man on the street never gets interviewed. Nor do I think these lawsuits are anything more than bickering between Cabal members, probably as Kabuki theater to distract us. Neither will ever warn you about the surveillance.

Alleged photos of Judge Engoron’s wife’s “anti-Trump social media posts” threaten to shut down everything.

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) filed a judicial ethics complaint Friday against the New York judge overseeing former President Trump’s civil fraud trial, claiming the judge has shown “inappropriate bias and judicial intemperance” toward the former president and calling on him to resign.

Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans are investigating allegations the Justice Department spied on congressional staffers while they probed the agency, including during its handling of the Trump-Russia inquiry, the Washington Examiner has learned. Again, I believe all of these characters know they are living like Ed Buck, with some weirdo next door watching them on the toilet. But none of them will discuss that for some reason, even as it leaves Martha McSally to be raped, and lets Steve Scalise get shot up. I do not know why. Everybody is afraid of getting hurt or dying, I suppose, and nobody has real balls.

‘Aliens,’ or a foreign power? Pentagon UFO chief says someone is in our backyard. From the piece:

“Metallic orbs” matching Kirkpatrick’s description have perplexed U.S. military aircrews for 80 years. During World War II, American aviators reported encounters with “large numbers of silver spheres.” The New York Times, Associated Press, Reuters, Stars and Stripes and the now-defunct International News Service all published stories in late 1944 describing military aircrews’ encounters with “mysterious silver balls which float in the air.”

According to the reporting, the “silver colored spheres” “hang in the air either singly or in clusters” and, with noteworthy parallels to Kirkpatrick’s contemporary UFO profile, occasionally appeared “semi-translucent.”…

… A stock image titled “alien technology in a metallic ball” is hidden in a key document outlining the office’s mission.”

FBI secretly investigated Biden in 2007 over Delaware golf club membership after rich owner waived his $34,000 joining fee – and he still plays there today.

How Joe Manchin may cause ‘mischief’ with 2024 White House run.

Ted Cruz says GOP White House race is now a showdown between Trump and DeSantis: Republican says Florida Governor still has a chance to get the nomination with two months until Iowa – and teases a future run for president himself. Oppose Trump, support DeSanctimonious, and act like he will ever stand a chance again. Never happen.

The Justice Department will no longer seek the death penalty for two alleged MS-13 gang members accused of brutally killing several teenagers in Long Island, New York. As I recall, this was part of a wave of MS-13 carnage which the local Police Chief, Burke of Gilgo Beach fame, wanted to deal with, but surveillance threw all those areas under a flag, forbidding Burke from sending in his patrol officers to tamp down the gangs. And then they got their people on the gang task force in the area to shut that down, leading Burke to eventually pull his detectives off the task force, all as he was trying to solve the Gilgo Beach killings, as FBI apparently stifled him there. I think the surveillance was running the MS-13 in the schools to take out kids it deemed a threat. As I recall there were two innocent 15 year old girls who were friends, and the MS-13 gang in their high school demanded sex, the girls demurred, so MS-13 kidnapped them and butchered them up together in the local park with machetes. A cartel video in suburban America. One of their mothers made noise, and on a trip to her daughter’s memorial, another woman just happened to be there as she arrived, tearing up the memorial. The other woman escalated the argument, got in her car, and killed the mother right there by driving over her. Meanwhile they got Burke on a set up, removed him to cover up this and Gilgo Beach, and the whole thing was covered up until Trump came in, and they pulled all the bodies out of the park, and charges started to be placed on the MS-13 animals. But none of it was as it seemed. And now they are trying to protect these guys again under Biden. These migrants are being brought in as some kind of military force for the conspiracy. You will never get out of this by voting. Either there will be some kind of counter-conspiracy in the intelligence world, ala Q, or it will eventually devolve to Civil War.

An anon on 4Chan covers s rumor going around Chinese Social media which China is trying to shut down, which says researchers working with an attenuated virus which caused cancer for research, may have had it accidentally recombine with a healthy virus and go contagious, and infect them, causing massive, rapidly progressing cancer, and China tore down the medical facility they worked in, in a matter of days as it has tried to cover it up. No news reporting yet. What is described is not impossible, though even if it happened, it may not be that contagious, and it is not clear it happened to begin with. Some think there might not even be a virus, and this could be Pfizer or Moderna seeding the beginning of a cover story for why everyone is getting cancer. That said, the very idea there is high-end bio work being done with dangerous pathogens, in the kingdom of the weekly-epic-surveillance-camera-workplace-calamity is frightening.

Man accused of attacking Pelosi’s husband reportedly brought sledgehammer, zip ties, gloves, duct tape, cash, a Canadian passport, a Canadian birth certificate, men’s clothes, a video game console, and two inflatable, multicolor unicorn costumes. Search for inflatable unicorn costume produces this image, making me wish Pelosi had been home and cops hadn’t interrupted this, so we could have maybe one day seen the video her surveillance filmed from next door, Ed Buck-style, and found out exactly what the plan involved. Color me intrigued. Two inflatable unicorn costumes, a sledge hammer and some zip ties sounds like it would have been Keks galore:

Christian girl got $150K in a lawsuit against her school because it conducted transcendental meditation and had her begin by saying Sanskrit words which she did not know invited “entities” to “channel” her powers. Interesting too, as I get the impression it is a “guided meditation,” which can be a cover for hypnosis. She asked, “Like, I’m in school right now, why are we learning how to meditate in this way? I just knew it wasn’t right.” Channeling demons, and going under hypnosis. I mean, they are just a bunch of wolves out there, running the schools, and people are just handing their kids to them. While they are still trolling for their next MK Ultra windup toys. You see why I am so bent on having everyone spread the reality of this intelligence operation’s penetration of the nation. A UK appeals court has ruled that a hospital can remove a newborn baby girl’s life support without her parents’ consent. Baby has a rare mitochondrial disease, parents wanted to try a treatment in Rome, baby was given emergency citizenship in Italy to travel there, now UK hospital says, “No, we’re going to kill her, it is best for her.” And parents get no say. I think the problem is society is too peaceful. Even the biggest pricks will get polite and respectful in a violent environment. If we can reveal the battlelines to everyone the way they have been revealed here, we could fix all of this.

Israel prepares for possible fentanyl-filled rockets from Hamas, Hezbollah. Food for thought. If you see a bombing in the US (It would be a Cabal attack, of course), you might not want to go running up to it to save any survivors. Especially if you see any dust clouds hanging in the air. For that matter if you are walking through New York City and see a white dust cloud settling from the top of a building over the street, you might want to GTFO of there.

The top US military official indicated Thursday that Israel will have a harder time eradicating Hamas the longer its military campaign in the Gaza Strip drags out and the more civilians that are killed in the process. Is there an objective behind another forever-war to clean out the K’s on both sides who might one day try to rise to power? I am disappointed in Netanyahu. This thing killed his brother Yoni. You would think he would have sworn a blood oath against it. Then again, he had a therapist. Maybe he has no idea what he is doing.

Former President Trump suggested in a new interview that the war between Israel and Hamas will just have to “play out” despite concerns about rising civilian casualties. He says Iran is behind it. Could Cabal technically be the Persian Empire, which transitioned its empire to a quasi-non-state conspiracy at some point?

Embrace what evil offers and become that evil, which deems all of us, created in God’s image, something to be utterly destroyed. Hence, they don’t care about us either. Resist or perish when your bennies are used up, there are no other options. No one who embraces Satan gets out the other side, unless by some miracle, which has occurred, God intervenes. The most shocking example for me was Saul/Paul, who went from being a servant of the evil one seeking out and destroying believers wherever he could find them, to becoming one of the most important agents in spreading the truth of the Gospel. God moves His plan forward at His pace for His purposes and whoever He chooses to save out of the enemy’s camp is not something He discusses with us till after the fact.

And he and his wife were SHOCKED…SHOCKED I TELL YOU that people were mad at him for doing all the instigation.

it’s going to be hilarious how many of these fiends are unveiled in the coming months.

By the by, I think I shall be starting a list of all freaks (mostly the left, but probably RINOs too) who try to warn us (and/or freak out about) a Trump presidency.

Canary in the Coalmine award: Seth Myers (SNL) who freaked out about the possibility of a Trump presidency…this was right at end of October/beginning of November.

Early Bird Special award: Hillary Clinton on 11/8 telling us “I think it would be the end of our country as we know it” as well as comparing Trump to Hitler (man that is getting tiresome on ALL sides). She’s basically ONE FULL YEAR OUT and already raising the alarm bells.

This next year is going to be a blast…hopefully not literally.

“migrants on a BNSF train”

I could have told you this 40 years ago. I jumped trains to make it across the US. I was at the southern border after visiting the Shrine of Gaudalupe in Mexico City and started jumping trains there. All sorts of illegals ran out of the sides of the buildings/trees along the rail line and hopped on board the train I was getting on. The border patrol was down a ways and an officer saw me, and when he jumped on board and ordered me out, he said I could stay. This is a daily occurrence everywhere there is a rail line at the southern border, crowds jump on the train. A lot of them stand on the ladders between the cars!

While AC thinks this thing supersedes race, ideology, etc I agree that Jews are largely at fault for most of what we see. However I do also think the evidence points to there being a deeper (Masonic?) conspiracy which is possibly directing its Jewish assets to further its own goals and for me that’s hard to reconcile sometimes. With that said we are all running on very limited information a lot of which just doesn’t make sense. I don’t think it’s wrong to have an open mind and consider the possibility of a shadow Persian force being the cabal in the shadows. Is it likely? Probably not but considering the issue from every angle is hopefully how we arrive at the correct answer one day.

A “Masonic conspiracy”.

I wish people would read Fr. Gruber’s excellent essay on Masonry in the 1910 Catholic Encyclopædia, sec III where it talks about its intellectual foundation—-Noahidism and Cosmopolitianism which is Jewish Messianism!

Masonry is founded on Jewish values, ideas, religion! Masons and Jews WORK TOGETHER for the same goals!

I watched the clip of that mother and I thought, “Woman, you are complaining to Satan’s servants about their evil and wicked deeds. What did you expect from them? You would do better by rebuking them as evil to their face, then telling everyone you meet that the school is a hive of Satanic evil, then talk to God and point out the Satanic evil in the school and ask Him to clean it out.”

I do this all the time. I point at some news story or something I see around me, and say, “Do you see that Lord?” Then I leave it to Him. He will deal with it as He sees fit. In the meantime, make the necessary sacrifices to protect your children. Quit your job, reduce your lifestyle, reduce and eliminate your debt, homeschool your children, and trust God to give you enough for today. I suspect, based on my impression of that mom, that she is affluent and wants to enjoy the fruits of her wealth by giving her daughter over to someone else to raise – in this case the school. What she is saying, way down deep is, “I enjoy my lifestyle too much to be burdened with actually doing something truly effective, so I will stand here and complain and pretend that will change the school’s evil.” Just me observations.

If he had anything incriminating on the phones, he deserves whatever he gets.

Meanwhile, the FBI can get all his texts, email, call history, and browser history directly from his phone provider, without needing the physical phone at all. Grabbing that – and tablets or other “devices” is just an intimination and harassment measure.

Hi, good morning. You are talking like free will is an obvious good? For, like, most of the major ruling powers, for most of time? It’s really not the highest good. I mean, Free Will is one of the big Baptist four. Even the big Protestant denominations put effort into killing Baptists, for stuff like that. It’s the hive versus the individual with free will. The hive is a morality, it’s just a different morality than the Free Will Individualist.

Other denominations and religions have people who believe in Free Will. I’m not claiming it exclusively for Baptists. But, measuring Baptists is a good proxy for how the state behaves towards known Free Will advocates.

Anyway, 2/3 of the Baptists in the world are in America. 2/3 of those Baptists are in the South, and are Southern Baptists. Northern Baptists include Rockefeller, of the oil industry. Most current biographers literally cannot understand his inner life or his spiritual life. They write about how they do not understand him. It’s literally completely alien to them. They are educated men. They are not of this culture.

Umm, I think the big book that gets cited most often by others is the Radical Reformation by George Hamilton. I have not read it. I’m not that read up on Baptist history. I mean, I live it/ lived it, so it’s more like I’d read it if I had problems.

Anyway: Baptists, not Calvinists, not Anglicans, not Lutherans. Not state sponsored. Highly, highly annoying to state churches. Calvin, for one, plagiarized French Protestant ministers. He also sponsored hit squads and turned Geneva, if not all of Switzerland, into a freaky, homicidal, oppressive totalitarian (insert all the words you use for North Korea) locus of despair. I’mm’a point out that Ayatollah Khomeini put quality time in Switzerland, apparently learning from the best. Most current Calvinists really aren’t taught this history, but it’s right there, if you go looking. Vox Day – also raised Baptist- practiced slapping opponents around online by debating Calvinists.

Martin Luther wrote to the various heads of armies to kill off the rampaging peasants. The peasants were many, sometimes quite entertaining, forms of Baptist. The all-naked crew is my favorite. Teen boys gonna wanna see titties, one way or another.

Lutherans in America occasionally have to have church services where they apologize for killing off Baptists in Europe. All I’m gonna say is, they are having these services in a nation with a bunch of Baptists. They aren’t really apologizing in Germany, which really doesn’t have that many Baptists lying around.

Also, Germans speaking German got slapped around and oppressed by the USA federal government each and every world war. Like, not quite on the level of Native Americans, but enough that the grandchildren- still around-Lutherans just don’t die (!) remember what their grandparents tell them about what they went through. The official explanation is that “Wendish is too complicated, and nobody wanted to speak that icky old world language.” I go to church with people who still know some of the words. And, seriously, Lutherans just do not die. The “over 100 years old” parishioner shout out in the denominational magazines is just ridiculous.

Anglican ministers write about hunting Baptist preachers on horseback “like foxes” in America. Plus all the various setting Baptists on fire back in Europe. They really like a good bonfire.

Plus, let’s see, all the various cripplements that the British put on the career aspirations of various Dissenters. Like, not allowed in colleges, not allowed in government jobs, not allowed in politics. To be fair, Cromwell kind of showed them what happens when a Dissenter goes into politics.

There’s a divide in England between Southern England- Anglican- and Northern England- factories, unions, dissenters. Even the great George Orwell wrote about how much he hated Northern Englishmen. I wondered why the British were so blase about the Rotherham scandal: it wasn’t Anglican girls getting raped, trafficked and killed.

In America, you’ve got Hillary Clinton- Methodist (low church Anglican) setting the ATF on a local church that grew out of the Presbyterian (very Dissenter) breakaway (even more dissenting) Church of Christ (so much dissenting) (not Baptist, though. Just disagreeable) – the Branch Davidians. The local Baptist college- the justly famous Baylor University- a buckle of the Texas Baptist Bible belt- the theologians there had read David Koresh’s writings. They had lived in peace with the Branch Davidians for as long as the Branch Davidian’s had been around- about half a century.

The theologians view was that David Koresh’s writings were an unusual reading of the Bible, but every point was supported by scripture. Soul Freedom, Freedom of Conscience, etc. You are allowed to read your Bible and come to your own conclusions, and even a pastor cannot oppress your conscience. Which means, well, that you can have a completely unconventional reading that does not suppport the powers that be. Which, as you can see, can be a problem, if you are a powers that be.

Jimmy Carter was raised Baptist. He was a Sunday school teacher. He walked away in the 2000s, for one reason or another. But that stubborn, boneheadedness- very familiar. The thing where he goes and makes things better for ordinary people- Habitat for Humanity, wells in Africa, stuff like that? Very Baptist.

Roger Williams and Anne Hutchinson are colonial thorns in the side of the local Yankees. Like, Harvard University got founded just to go argue with Anne Hutchinson. (We love her. So much) I’m not sure they thought of themselves as Baptist, but historians really want them to be Baptist. What’s funny, is that it’s the people who are not Baptist that really want them to just go away and not be around nice Ivy League types.

And, I suppose I should throw out that the least likely to be accepted and attend a prestigious Ivy League school is a rural, white, Christian male (probably, most likely, some form of Baptist). This includes schools founded by Baptists- Brown University. Brown University really does believe in Soul Freedom. They were the first Ivy- adjacent to tolerate and embrace diverse religious views and backgrounds. And, they have this idea of a person building their own curriculum.

Thanks for the writeup! I’ll try to add what I know.

I have a little experience within Independent Fundamentalist Baptists (IFBs). They are adamant about building and attending their own schools, colleges, and universities. They don’t trust mainstream schools. If a kid decides do go to a non-local mainstream college/university to study something, like a hard science, they treat it like the kid is going to a remote mission trip among potentially violent tribes. They make sure the kid is well protected, with a local community and all that.

From what I’ve observed, the IFBs tend to send their kids to IFB bible colleges, where they learn the bible front and back, while training for their ministry vocation. There, they quite often pair up and get married ASAP. Once they get engaged, the couple say goodbye to both sides of the family and travel far away to a church plant, where they will live for the rest of their lives.

These aren’t the half-assed church plants that end up popping up and dying at the suburban elementary schools or whatever. The church plants are planned for the long haul. Their naming schemes are uninspired: “First Baptist Church of [town/city]” is usually the first choice. If that’s taken, something like “Bible Baptist Church of [town/city]”. The more adventurous ones might even add a descriptive word “Liberty/Hope/Faith/etc. Baptist Church of [town/city]”.

You have an older pastor couple setting it up and training the newly married pastor couple. You have a number of couples of experienced elders who are financially independent, serving to counsel the many newlywed or young couples that will serve as the seed for each ministry. The young couples will specialize in certain ministries, like evangelism, children’s Sunday school, bible study, music, finances, missions, etc. Remember, the core church planters all went to bible college specializing in their life-long church vocation. If they need other young couples, they will send for them through the bible college network.

The non-pastor couples all get local jobs, get professional degrees in their local schools, etc. and set root within the community. They often start a school for the many, many kids they’re planning on having. They don’t have “careers” in the conventional sense, in their minds, because they’re ultimately working to support the church plant. Doesn’t mean no one gets rich, either. Enterprising couples might become quite wealthy and no one begrudges them for it. Enterprising pastors might even start their own businesses (they call them “vocational pastors”) and ween themselves off offering money.

Then the cycle starts over. Their kids grow up, they send them to bible college. The kids get engaged, say goodbye to their parents, and go plant another set of churches with uninspired names.

Anyway, this is why I call IFBs “the last bastion” of American Christians. They set up rock-solid defensive positions, protect their kids, and build a working community. Unfortunately, it’s hard for an single Millennial man like me to become a part of an established IFB. I don’t fit in with the college kids and the couples my age are busy raising their many kids (some of which are now teens). So I end up hanging out with old people who “did their duty”. Not for me. They don’t have support systems for my demographic. But if you’re a college student or married with kids, these can be great churches (as long as they’re not super dogmatic), with some of the best people I’ve met.

Thank you. I was a kid in the culture, First Baptist X town, so I did not know all the grownup arrangements. It’s a great culture to raise a kid in.

The pastors wives are always, always incredibly beautiful, kind and glamorous. Like, television show beautiful. They can get rich, it’s true. Their congregation has rich members that found and grow businesses.

Like, every other region in the world flattened by a civil war stays flattened- southern Italy, Serbia after the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Egypt after the Romans, but the South? Has grown rich and technologically advanced in the 150 years after their Civil War flattening. The pastors had a hand in that- not by centralized planning, but by really sheltering their congregations.

Like, television had the “massacre” where they tv heads all killed off their wholesome programming. The pastors response was to tell people to stop letting their kids watch television. I grew up with no television because of that. The no-dancing thing in Footloose- was done to protect kids. And they changed (!) And no liquor, when Jewish peddlers were flooding in after the Civil War to corrupt the starving and despairing remaining people. It worked. The protection worked. They have dances for kids now. Some Baptists drink. Most churches have AA, now, too.

They built out their own culture. Like, I had coloring books and picture books, then paperbacks, all in that culture, nowhere else. Like, sold at little mom and pop bookstores. They sold cassette tapes of music from bands in that world, CDs, later. Good music- pop music talent scouts these people. Comic books, with like, Frazetta style Adam and Eve (memorable) of all the Bible stories. Toys. Rupert Murdoch bought the mall franchise version of these stores. I can’t remember the name. Then his company dumbed down the stores- literally changed out the Bibles they were selling to bowdlerized versions- and then closed a bunch of them- (all of them?)

I mean, they had, like, house decorations, cookbooks, trinket jewelry for little girls, and teens and grown women. Cute stuff. My kids’ public school had a trend of wearing these really cute little resin necklaces from this one store. They were, like, butterflies, rainbows, hearts, with little verses printed on the back. $5. Or the boys metal ones with verses and, like, shields with different design. Public school- not Baptist kids, for the most part- everyone wanted one.

Then they did videos and movies for kids and grownups, all kinds of stuff. Probably ebooks.

I mean, in a way, it’s what Vox Day is doing. He’s building out all the cultural kipple that people like, in a parallel economy. It works. It has worked for generations. I grew up reading my dad’s fundy versions of Little Golden Books, and Christmas story books. Super cute, super sweet. I had no idea that they were different than mainstream. I could not find them for my own kids.

Oh- romance novels. Can’t forget those. Spy novels. Pioneer Woman is a mainstream version of the church cookbooks. She gets dinged by atheists for that, for some reason.

And, yeah- so many kids. Like, the church was the same size as the local high school, and built right across the street. My elementary Sunday school class, just the girls, had more members than all the congregants of whatever church my ex- husband grew up in. The children’s choir was enormous- and fun! And competent! The organist could do rock and roll music- to time- and in tune- I know, because they did, and could. That old lady doing InnaGaddaDaVida on the Simpsons- not a joke. Same look, even more music. Axl Rose, GunsNRoses, was a church choir kid.

Yes, this is how it works, down to the extremely beautiful pastor’s wives, though they don’t usually get that big.

Here. The four freedoms, which is about as much doctrine as you will find in a Baptist church. It’s not really talked about day to day, like “memorise this.” It’s more- the pastor thinks about it, and talks to the sunday school teachers and other pastors, and gives sermons, and it just kind of soaks into you without thinking about it too much. It’s your “…of course….”

Believe you me, it makes it incredibly difficult to even try to comprehend someone explaining why they have to do something against their own good sense because a bishop, a pastor, a pope says it’s a good idea, once this is a part of you.

The BBC sends documentary crews out every so often to do character assassinations on Texas Baptist pastors. The BBC does more sympathetic portrayals of cannibal African warlords than good men pastoring churches in territory that is not now, and has never been, a British territory.

It’s really bizarre.

George Soros’ minions occasionally show up with buckets of money to corrupt various ministers. Eventually, it comes out. What’s heartening is that there’s usually a schism where the more ‘backwards, fundamentalist, going to ruin your career’ pastors have already broken with the corrupted ministers.

Can get why I have read many merican men bitching about women.

Its impressive how similar would had been the answer of a southern european woman to yours.

The other notable issue, is the difference while discussing with white men about abstract subjects and a white women about something she has an interest.

More detailed, less solipsistic, thourough, well substantiated and sourced, answers without deliberate omisions to lead to tergiversations to aid the interested solipsism.

My hispanic mother could had written your answer.

Its the white men that made the empire and the exceptional tech we all enjoy today.

I lost a friend over an argument last year, because he was convinced that Digital ID was both necessary and effective for protecting children. Here’s some commentary from 4chan on how things actually go online, if you’re running a non-controllable media platform like Omegle, or any other servers which they don’t control.

Note the bit about how they knew when his mods were sleeping. This is another one of those things that only really makes sense with cabal – and having witnessed some crazy raids in the past (the sort where you log out of the website for a couple of days, and clear your browsing cache), I was likewise left with the question “Who is risking these sort of massive charges, keeping all that material on hand to do this, as well as somehow outmanoeuvring IP bans to flood the site with all of this?” Only a major organization with immunity from local prosecution would be able to pull off something like this. Maybe a pirate/hacker community hiding out somewhere in the second world… but then why the random beefs with some anime dorks based out of the Midwest?

Andrew Bustamante
You can’t beat the Devil by becoming the Devil, a fact so many forget when engaging evil. It is NOT the only way to win as Christianity has proven again and again, but our way is usually too slow and tedious for those, especially now, who want instant results, which in the end that shortcut is only an illusion. Evil is not defeated. It has infiltrated. Once you go over to the dark side, you can’t come back without external intervention by God, which was the way you should have gone in the first place…

In Fulton County Georgia, 150,000 still secret 2020 unfolded mail-in ballots with perfect ovals filled in which were protected by court order for 3 years, may have gone missing, and the county’s lawyers have just quit.

Ethically, if you tell your client not to destroy evidence, and they do it anyways, you have to quit.
The downstream implications are where this spoliation gets interesting. The remedy in a civil case (which is the instant case) is an inference the the evidence was destroyed because it would prove the case of the opposition. So, given that these ballots are THE defining evidence of the case, you give death penalty sanctions.
More importantly, there is the Georgia RICO case against Trump. This would have also been exculpatory evidence for Trump, and it was spoliated by the state. The remedy for spoliation by the state of potentially exculpatory evidence is dismissal with prejudice.
Bottom line? I think that VoterGA just won their lawsuit, and Trump is going to walk in GA without having to go to trial.

Alleged photos of Judge Engoron’s wife’s “anti-Trump social media posts” threaten to shut down everything.

Normally, I would say that this doesn’t matter and isn’t enough to get the judge removed. Having a politically active wife doesn’t disqualify a judge (like Clarence Thomas and his wife.)
There’s a couple of reasons I think it might happen here, though. First, his wife is rabid with the Trump hate. She’ posting “fuck trump” memes, she’s posting crazy blueanon theories, she’s full on TDS. It would be one thing if she was just a devoted Democrat, but she’s got a specific, personal hardon for Trump, and that might make it different.
Second, the judge might be looking for an escape hatch himself. Trump is terrorizing him from the stand. Trump has made it clear that no amount of money is going to be enough to enforce the gag order. Most importantly, the trial is helping Trump in the polls. I think the judge somehow convinced himself that the trial would hurt Trump’s image, but is doing the opposite. The stress might be enough that the judge decides to recuse himself and just dump the case on some other judge, and make it Someone Else’s Problem.
It’s not going to get the case dismissed. It could lead to the judge declaring a mistrial and recusing himself, and dumping it on another judge who takes one of the dozen reasons this judge should have dismissed it before it got to trial.

Hey AC-

I commented on the female targeted individuals convo back on 11/7 and then reposted it on 11/9. Neither showed. I’m curious if they got put in the trash or overlooked or if they got totally nuked because I mentioned a topic I’m not allowed to contact you about.

If you see this, do you mind letting me know if you can see them at all? You’ll recognize my story. If they do exist, do you mind not approving them? If they don’t exist, though, that would be valuable for me to know.

I think you need to check your premise on the jew that fell and died; you assume the event happened and go from there while it’s FAR more likely there was no injury and nobody died.

A recent trend i’m noticing in my city (south, relatively large) is an absolute stand-down order to all police to just fuck off and not do anything. I haven’t seen ANYTHING be punished around me in months, and the Normies around me are starting to notice too.

Commuting home from work a couple days ago, giant pickup truck with Mexico flag decals goes ripping down the right hand median/side of the road, at least 30+ miles per hour over the limit. Cop 3 cars ahead of me doesn’t do anything. Cops sitting at red lights in front of me when 3-4 cars tail through an obvious red (my light now is green and there’s still cars driving through the intersection) and they police don’t do shit. Massive gangs of “youths” chopping catalytics off cars, police show up to take a report from the victim and then fuck off forever with no resolution. Thankfully I don’t have any acquaintances with violent run ins, but I’d bet my nuts they’d just take a report and fuck off.

I find it hard to believe all these cops are actors and enemy agents, but if there are any “good guys” left why would the fantasy camp nerds fall into lock step? The demoralization aspect is obvious, but the scale is what is surprising if true.

They fall into lock step because they have done a cost/benefit analysis. The quickest way to get fired/suspended/or merely blackballed from promotion and specialty units is to have an IA beef revolving around 1. Use of force or 2. “racism”/profiling. Most large police departments actively seek to discipline aggressive officers and display their scalps to show that Management is down with the woke agenda. It’s been going on for years, and Derek Chauvin is only the most famous victim of this headhunting.
Mexican flag? No go, obviously. Vehicle pursuits? They are considered uses of force, and PD’s shy away from them like a reluctant virgin would shy away from a sailor on shore leave. Metro areas on the Left Coast have actively BANNED vehicle pursuits…so what’s the point of initiating something that 1. you can’t finish, and 2. will get you some sweet, sweet days off without pay? Oh, and anon…forget about that detective job you’ve been studying for. It’s just not your time.
I could write a book.

Re stories about FBI having had Todd Yetman under surveillance for an extended period prior to the day they tried to arrest him…

I have seen this patter in the discovery on many of my J6 clients.

Frankly it shocks me how often they have done this.

In 21+ years as an AUSA I can think of maybe 4-6 times when either FBI or DEA maintained ongoing surveillance of a defendant prior to arrest. It was always because of fear the subject was aware of their impending arrest, and had resources to flee and a place to go.

In these J6 cases I see it being done to people who have no idea they are being investigated. Two of my clients were never even visited by the FBI prior to their arrest.

Yet the FBI Field Offices are WASTING MAN HOURS — hundreds of them — following J6 subjects around for weeks/months for no particular purpose.

EXCEPT — and this is ALWAYS on the list of unspoken reasons — the man-hours devoted to surveillance by Agents and SSG personnel is a stat that justifies higher budget authorization for the next fiscal year.

Getting bigger budgets and more resources is a never-ending exercise in the Govt, and the FBI is no different. They had dozens of measurable “metrics” by which Field Office productivity is measured. Having Agents sit on their ass in the office is not one of them.

Making “spot checks” on a susject’s residence, or following them around in the morning to see what patterns there are get those agents out of the office and into a stat column.

What is SSG?

Special Surveillance (?) Groups.

These are non-agents — not gun carriers — employed to conduct surveillance. They follow you around with a camera and document your travels and habits.

They do not operate out of FBI Offices — they have “off-site” offices that are leased in the name of shell-companies. It’s really just a place for them to gather and organize, and do some paperwork at the end of the day. They dress like anyone going to the grocery store, they never make contact with any subject, and they never ID themselves or what they are doing.

SSG’s follow people around. J6 subjects give them a long list of things to keep them busy on a daily/weekly basis, and the FBI management in the Field Office they work in can say at the end of the year “We need approval of another SSG squad for next year.”

It almost beyond comical.
