Surveillance Detection – The Professional Course Of Real Life Experience – Part Eleven, Idaho Killer Edition

This post is a part of my surveillance series, located here. Please read the whole series to understand the full scope of what it is describing. In this series, we cover the existence of a pervasive, domestic vehicular and pedestrian surveillance network, made up of ordinary citizen informants, who watch everyone in their neighborhoods for some sort of covert Stasi-like domestic intelligence network, which has been assembled in the Western world. They congregate around intersections on google streetview, because they are tracking the google car, and want to notify their network of its decision at each intersection, or what street to turn on.

Four college students from the University of Idaho were recently murdered in their off-campus housing. They were all stabbed to death, apparently quite viciously, and Police have said they have no idea who did it.

Now a couple has come forward, saying just a few miles from the murder scene, somebody came on their property, and skinned their little dog in the middle of the night, and they think there might be a serial killer operating in the area, and the murders and the skinning are linked.

You know my motto – if there is a serial killer in the area, surveillance will have noticed him before he started killing, and they will be on him.

However it is also possible the couple is a target, surveillance wanted to prowl around outside their house, maybe to peek in windows, maybe to deploy technology through the walls at them, and the little dog was a hinderance, yipping and biting at their heels. They needed to get rid of the dog, in a way which would discourage the couple from simply getting another, and letting it out all night, and this was just the way they came up with to do it. Surveillance/intel’s position would be if it is operationally necessary to monitor a target, it is too bad for the dog.

Either way, surveillance would likely be involved, as observer or participant. [UPDATE: Police have said categorically there is no connection between the skinned dog and the murder victims. My gut feel is either surveillance is watching the couple and did the dog, and leaned on the cops to shut down any inquiry into it, or they are watching the dog killer, and do not want any investigation of him. But it is possible the two cases are linked, and surveillance will run cover now for this killer as they have another I am tracking, and all of this is now going to be covered up.]

I would assume since the dog-skinning happened earlier, and it is a remote area, if it was a serial killer, the killer did not drive or travel there to sit in their backyard and happen on the dog luckily. He was probably all over there in the middle of the night, because he lived in the area. If he lives in the area, surveillance would have moved in heavy, and should show up on Google streetview. Likewise, if the couple is a target and surveillance killed the dog for operational reasons unrelated to the killer, there will also be a heavy surveillance presence around the couple’s house. Either way I would predict we would see something, despite this being such a rural area. So lets check a few intersections around the dog-killing, and the couple’s home, look at overall traffic patterns away from the corners, and see what we see.

First, the map of this more remote part of Moscow, Idaho. The marker is the dog-murder victim’s house, the line shows the intersection where we will begin:

I do not want to dox their personal info too much, or go into how I found them, but this is a photo from google street view, followed by a photo from the article, both showing the same corrugated metal structure. They identified themselves, and as a dog-lover, I know I would not care about this article:

Here below, we are heading west, approaching the intersection and the road the victims live on, which is marked “start” on the map above. We reach the victim’s road, are about to turn south on it in timeline “1,” heading away from the victim’s house, and there just happens to be a dogwalker available to monitor the corner and call the google car’s turn, in the middle of the day when everyone would likely normally be at work, statistically:

It is not the victim, the dogwalker has longer hair and the dog is a beagle, not an Australian shepherd. There is a second timeline at that corner, and it occurred when the google car came back heading north, and crossed the intersection on the victim’s road, headed toward the victim’s house, the other way. Will there be any one there to call the google car’s decision at the intersection?

Well, apparently not, since we know the US Postal Service cannot be involved in any sort of domestic vehicular surveillance. Just kidding, that is clearly surveillance, and I am not sure US domestic surveillance is not run from out of USPS. Again, two times we hit that corner, middle of the day, ultra-remote area, both times, somebody was covering it.

Lets see if there is anything by the victim’s house, since driveby’s of target residences by foreign vehicles will always require surveillance maintain eyes on the foreign-vehicle drive-by, to make sure the targets are not passed something of operational significance. Here we are approaching the victim’s road, which unfortunately the google car will not travel up:

Our postal friend is back. Some things to notice. There is no mailbox there. He is just cooling his heels, in a spot which just happens to be maintaining a sightline to the victim’s driveway entrance, about 50 yards ahead of him, and to his left. You will driveby, and he will not move, he is posted there. If you had turned and traveled up to the victim’s residence, he could have watched exactly what you did at the driveway entrance, and checked the mailbox if you dropped something in it or on it.

Across the street on the other side of you, the poles have cable broadband, and the two homes opposite have opted for direct burial of their power and cable to them. Could be innocuous, or could be vibration-sensors/geophones are tapping into those lines to feed out readings. There is also a streetlight, which is uncommon on the poles. There is a company which markets surveillance camera streetlights, for covert monitoring of streets by surveillance operations. Either way the vehicular is centered on that spot for some reason, as you will not see vehicular between intersections anywhere else.

When you get to the end of that dead-end road, you will notice your postal service friend has followed you and parked by the side of the road to watch:

My guess is the whole street is now surveillance houses to watch that couple and secure the neighborhood, so the surveillance people don’t have to worry about a nosy neighbor noticing people crawling through backyards with microwave emitters, or night vision, or skinning pet dogs, or some other weirdness. So I would think there is a high probability all the houses, or almost all would be sensitive locations, and that would be why USPS would watch you in front of all of them. Of course, I have no doubt they are followed every time they go out, through grocery stores, and wherever they may go.

I don’t know what exactly is going on there with them. Surveillance could want the couple’s property, the husband could have a business they want to take over, they could have pissed off the wrong person in Cabal, or they could be target bloodlines who have had this all their lives. There is no telling, but the whole place is clearly glowing, and nobody killed and skinned that dog without surveillance knowing exactly who it is.

I do not have a ton of time to take away from the news, but we’ll go back to the road we were first on when we approached their road, go the other way, and check the next intersection, and see what we see. Maybe do a few more.

Approaching that intersection, the one east of the start mark on the map, heading east, walker in timeline 1, who can call the google car’s decision:

2nd timeline, crossing the intersection the other way, some guy doing something off on the side out of the way.

We will continue on this road, moving away from the target residence to the next intersection. You will actually be driving backwards. When the photo array was taken, the google car had been driving toward the target neighborhood. That is significant, as you will not see any vehicles for this long drive, indicating traffic was light, except for one vehicle which will pass you heading out of the neighborhood, right as you came up on the intersection above, and are heading into the neighborhood. I have told you, when you head into neighborhoods with surveillance in them, the vehicular in the neighborhood will tend to pick up and exit just as you enter. They also will re-enter as you exit.

Remember Bald and Beautiful in Azerbaijan, where cars were driving out as he drove in, and as he drove out, he cheered that there was a “Three Lardas in a row! Convoy! Convoooy!” driving in. I assume they do not want you to see them staged in the neighborhood, and they want to be back on station as quick as possible after you exit. So even though I see one car on the road, and could use that to judge traffic as having one car over this long stretch, in reality that was almost certainly a surveillance vehicle exiting the target’s neighborhood as I entered. That means traffic is even more sparse than that, and it is even more significant that you never see anyone, except at intersections and critical locations like the target residence.

So you are heading eastward, further away from the target residence, and you see no cars over this long stretch, save for the one exiting the neighborhood as you were entering it, and then you come to this intersection:

Again, you do not see cars in between intersections, but a car or a walker is at each intersection just as you arrive. There was a second timeline at this intersection, where the google car took pictures previously as it simply drove on the road you are facing and passed the intersection. In that timeline, you simply had a pickup parked by the side of the road, with a guy approaching it, timed to be there just as you hit the intersection, about 80 yards from the intersection. Notice, there are no other cars on this road in either direction, and traffic appears non-existent. But at every intersection someone just happens to be there. That is surveillance calling the google car’s decision at that decision point.

He is actually walking back to his truck, and you are driving away in this shot, if you go to the page and head towards him to get context. The driveway in front of his truck actually goes back to the building he appears to be walking from, so instead of entering that driveway and driving up to the building, he parked there and walked maybe a hundred yards over the field to get to the house, and then walked back, timed perfectly to just as you hit the intersection and would either turn or not. That is called a cover for action.

His truck’s door sticker is for a landscaping business, which I am frequently followed by. I suspect if you are not in the conspiracy of the secret society of surveillance people, and you try to start a small business like that, you will have a hell of a time getting accounts, and will probably go bankrupt before you get enough business to support such a company.

But if you are in the conspiracy, it will make sure all its members hire you to keep you afloat until you can make it, because you having that business as a cover will help the conspiracy maintain control over the plebes. It is probably also great as it gives you access to people’s properties. Plus it is a great cover since people see the truck and assume you are working and not following them. And it keeps you on the road all day, and able to partake in follows on a moment’s notice, since you are your own boss. My guess is starting a small business, as challenging as it sounded before, was far more so than anyone could imagine, because that was yet another area where domestic intelligence had entered, and was deciding winners and losers.

The one corner where you actually have one timeline with no coverage is this next one, south of the start point. One timeline looks like you would expect. We have the beagle walker from the first frame, and a UPS truck. Again, package delivery drivers seem to be frequently surveillance. I assume they take that job (or surveillance gives it to them) because one, it is fantastic cover for vehicular surveillance, and two, they can double-dip salaries.

The other timeline, I do not see someone to call the turn.

However, I also notice the streetlight has something on it which I do not see on any other streetlights in the area:

And the cable internet line has a router box which kind of looks like it might be part of a matched pair, and which I do not see anywhere else in the neighborhood:

It is even angled up a little bit, as if pointed toward the light, maybe to receive a wireless signal.

[Update: an expert writes, “I don’t know what that device on the streetlight is, but…that is… either a fiber node or a regular distribution mini bridger which amplifies the rf signal that transmits down the coax cable. A fiber node receives forward light, converts it to rf and sends it down the line. Conversely, rf signal is returned to the node from household modems and is converted to light and sent back to the cable headend or sub hub.”

Ed note: That is probably right, my one weakness is I really need a full course in pole tech. Tough I would hold out if they were rigging some sort of wireless link they wanted to hide, it is possible they would conceal it in the housing of something like that. For now it is a mystery why the google car did not have a visible observer at the corner on this one pass.]

When you do this, I would expect a corner or two, especially on established targets, to not have anything visible. Where I am, the surveillance owns the corner houses at the intersections around me, and they have even installed those “You Are Going XXX mph” radar signs as redundancies, which have hidden cameras on them which can even read your license plate in the dark using the light from the sign’s LEDs. And at least one intersection is just covered in visible cameras. So I could hit that corner and not see anyone, and be being watched by watchers in the corner house(s) out their windows, and two sets of camera systems.

So all of this is a probability game, where you are looking for statistically more corner activity at corners without tech or corner-house observation posts, designed to alert your follow team of what turn you take, than you would expect based upon the non-corner activity if there were not surveillance tracking the vehicle. If you repeatedly go long distances on the road seeing nobody, and then hit a corner where there just happens to be someone, over and over and over, you have surveillance.

Clearly the run above fits, combined with the USPS setting up in their driveway, which is not a coincidence.

I could go on, but these are the immediate decision points around the house. I found it interesting. My guess is surveillance knows exactly who killed those kids, and the dog.

Whether justice is brought in the case of the students will depend on the public pressure to solve it, combined with how recruitable the killer is, and maybe even if the killer is already in the conspiracy. Years ago the math favored justice, but today, maybe not. The other killer I am tracking, whether he was surveillance enjoying his above-the-law status, or whether the conspiracy recruited him in, he got away clean, and even apparently now has FBI protection. Time will tell here.

If I was the couple, I would make sure I was protecting myself by operating at all times as if watched by a hostile intelligence agency. At the very least, somebody is keeping an eye on them. And at the worst, they needed them to not have a dog outside because they are doing something which requires they be right outside their walls.

I don’t know what that device on the streetlight is, but I can tell you right now that that is no router on the cable line. It’s either a fiber node or a regular distribution mini bridger which amplifies the rf signal that transmits down the coax cable. A fiber node receives forward light, converts it to rf and sends it down the line. Conversely, rf signal is returned to the node from household modems and is converted to light and sent back to the cable headend or sub hub. That is the circular nature of modern cable systems, forward and return. I know this from being in the telecommunications business for over 40 years until my retirement. I worked field to office, training, and design of systems. Don’t take offense, how are you supposed to know that right?

No clue on the light device either, but its doing something with RF in the Ghz range, based on the length of the antenna dangling. An innocent answer might be that its some sort of city wide control system, but a simple photoelectric eye does that just as well for 1\1000 the price.
My guess is that it is some kind of mesh repeater (maybe a WWAN) system, or there is an RFID reading system involved.

Thanks for these posts, AC. I was curious if you, or anyone reading, has ever had the experience I’m about to describe. Nothing to do with this post, per se.
Ok, my wife and I travel a lot. So one time while flying to Denver with a layover in Dallas, we go outside to smoke. Our usual routine. While out there, we see a flight attendant dressed in full uniform, also smoking. Ok, no big deal, right? Here’s the creepy part, as soon as we land in DEN, we see the same guy, now in a business suit, just sitting at the far end of the luggage carousels. No one except us around. No one. Same exact guy. I’ve been reading your site probably from almost the beginning, so my surveillance radar is always on. Once you see this thing, you can’t unsee it. BTW, he was pissed that I instantly recognized him. We locked eyes and it was totally eff u in both directions. I’m convinced airport and airline jobs are prime surveillance jobs/nodes. It’s the perfect way for them to rotate agents all over the country.

They may run a lower tier of apprentices doing the small team/individual follows before letting them in on the secret that they have people everywhere.

I have followed your “bald” posts. That seems to be your template here. I am intrigued by your analysis. As usual. with much of your posts and commentary – you are either on the mark or it is all amazing coincidences…Thank you for what you do. No one else out there. In fact you are so good that I do a double take and wonder if “you” are cabal – as getting into one’s head the way you do would be a ready tactic of Cabal and other bad actors…I do not think that of you. My point is: your invetigative journalism is so frightening and real sounding…your average joe like me does not know what to think sometimes. Make sense?

What is fascinating is discovering surveillance while following a google car.

The device attached to the streetlight looks like a mesh radio node, the sort of device deployed by electric utility companies as part of smart meter systems. Commonly these nodes transmit and receive on the 900 MHz ISM band, and if you measured that antenna, I’d bet its length was tuned for 900 MHz. Commonly nodes of this sort are spaced about 1/2 to 1 mile apart, co-located with other fixtures belonging to the electric company, and connected directly to electric distribution lines, without any meter to measure their power consumption. There also may be super-nodes in the area, with much larger/taller antennas, spaced 5 to 10 miles apart.

Since I have been reading this blog, I have been paying more attention than usual to the surroundings and traffic around neighborhood. Have always prided myself on situational awareness, and taught kids same. On Election Day, a phone company truck parked near entrance to development. There was a utility truck parked just off intersection on the way to polling place. This was in addition to the usual landscaping trucks in neighborhood. Thought this was unusual, plus since this was day of election. Curious.

I noticed something very odd pulling into my polling station on Election Day. #1 . My polling station changed locations after voting at the same one for 16 years. #2. The house next to the polling station was burning the grass in their ditch and front yard, smoking out the whole place. Now this is common in rural areas, but it was dark out, around 7:00 pm., and very windy. It was just really weird.

I’m skeptical that drivers from such places as UPS or FedEx are participating in surveillance. Those are very hard, high paced jobs with the drivers very heavily focused on just where their next stop is. I know this from experience.

This does not mean, however, that the surveillance isn’t operating from corporate marked delivery vans. And it’s also worth pointing out that most of these vehicles have multiple streaming cameras on board.

Oh, I know for a fact that FedEx is cabal. While working in a sort facility I was subjected to very odd “street theater” there while the worst of my gang stalking occurred. All major companies are cabal.

Hi AC and happy Thanksgiving.
I wanted to share this quote from Vox Day’s Thanksgiving post in case your readers haven’t seen it. I think it’s pretty savvy.

“Among the many things for which I am thankful to God this Thanksgiving is this community. We may be a diverse and esoteric collection of souls, but we have continued to find common ground in devotion to the Good, the Beautiful, and the True, particularly as personified in the divinity of Jesus Christ.
And all of us can also be thankful to be privileged to find ourselves living in such interesting and challenging times, where we have been given the opportunity to stand up and declare a side in the long-running war between the servants of God and the servants of Satan. As much as we might long for the peaceful salad days of yore, it is the conflict that tests and tempers us that makes us become more than we were before.”

That second paragraph spoke directly to me. It’s like one side of an argument that I have with myself frequently.
Stay steadfast, brothers. And if we are also blessed with the opportunity of a physical fight against our enemy; fight like hell.
