Immigration of savages combined with fear is great for right-wing recruitment:
The far right in Europe is making capital from the hundreds of thousands of migrants pushing into the continent and hopes to turn fears it has helped to fuel of an “invasion” into electoral success.
“Their attitude is basically that the people coming in are neither refugees nor migrants, but invaders,” said Jean-Yves Camus, one of France’s leading experts on the far right.
The leader of France’s National Front (FN), Marine Le Pen, claims that the migrants are “illegal immigrants who are over-demanding and arrogant” and that three-quarters are not refugees at all, but people who just want to claim benefits.
Europe’s biggest migrant crisis since World War II is “what the FN has been warning about for years”, she says.
Le Pen’s blunt solution to the stream of people arriving at Europe’s borders every day is to “warm them up, feed them and then send them back where they came from”, she told Paris-based foreign correspondents this week.
This is a pendulum. It is just beginning to swing back, and by the time it reaches the opposite apex, things will have gotten so bad I am doubtful there will be a peaceful solution. The Muslims will be there, they won’t abide by peaceful government demands they return home, and the public won’t abide by them.
My opinion is the social isolation of everyone now is constraining their drives to assert themselves. Their anger, and the drive to assert themselves will grow regardless. Once they have enough anger to begin to assert themselves individually, they will begin to group, and it will be as groups that they will suddenly unleash the full measure of their force. There is nothing like a mob on a rampage to change everyone’s view of what is possible.
It pays for the future Knights Templar of Europe to examine the extent to which their governments have padded out their surveillance states during the war on terror, and understand that those in their groups may, in a fair number of cases, be infiltration surveillance.
Mark my words, in the coming unrest in-person government surveillance (foot, vehicular, infiltration, observation posts, and technical monitoring), will play a very outsized role, especially near the cities. If you aren’t accustomed to assuming that you are being watched at all times, you aren’t ready for the apocalypse. I suspect organized crime of all flavors, due to its extensive interactions with surveillance and their need to develop tradecraft to counter it, will be unusually prepared that way. For that reason, they may emerge as a force after the collapse.
