Leftist Bigotry

Chris Matthews offers a prime example of Leftist Bigotry:

Prior to Donald Trump’s rally Monday night in Dallas, Texas, Chris Matthews and the panelists on MSNBC’s Hardball mocked Republican women and voters from “southwestern Virginia” of Scots-Irish heritage who’ve “got an attitude” and previously supported Democrats like Jim Webb.

Exhibiting why Democrats have been disappearing from offices in areas along the Appalachians, Matthews wrote them off as white people “like Pat Buchanan” of “Scots-Irish down in southwestern Virginia…where they’re kind of – the people that went to the mountains when they immigrated to the United States, they went right to the rural areas and they’ve got an attitude.”

Republicans should write off black people, who are like Jesse Jackson, who “have an attitude problem.”

Leftists exhibit little intellectual consistency because they seem to not see details, and their positions are so often simply emotional. Their amygdala sees a shadow of an emotion, and they act out to alleviate the strain, without thinking. Being such neurotic lunatics makes them a pain to deal with, but it also makes pointing out the logical fallacies in their positions very easy.

I loved this part:

…the people that went to the mountains when they immigrated to the United States, they went right to the rural areas

When I go to a rural area, my amygdala is overwhelmed with the beauty. It fills evey fiber of my body, and I drift out into the world around me. I inhale the clean air, listen for the sounds of animals and birds in the distance, and become like an antenna, looking for the small interesting things that fill such a world. A chipmunk gathering seeds for the winter, a frog hidden among the leaves at the edge of a pond, a garter snake sunning itself on a fallen tree trunk, a fluffy-legged moth that camouflages perfectly on the bark of a tree, or a turtle burying its eggs in a sunny spot so the warmth will incubate them. Everywhere you look is life in varying states of exultation and rebirth.

When I visit cities, I feel a vague repulsion. Concrete, metal, glass, all slightly covered in a thin layer of soot from vehicle exhaust. The air smells of chemicals and fuels. Everything is dead, unable to regenerate, and in some form of deterioration, even if only the earliest form. It repulses me.

I am certain that to Matthews, none of the life and beauty I see in nature is apparent. He sees none of it. Before him is a world no different than a slab of concrete. All he sees are the humans around him, the social hierarchies, the insults, the social capital, the people passing by him in varying states of vulnerability or power. To him, there is no reason to escape that world into nature, unless you have an attitude problem. He is made for living in a high population density, and moreover, one in which conflict is not ever-present – a result of free resource availability. He can’t imagine being different, because his amygdala is blind to all the details which would open his eyes.

Liberalism is the r-selected reproductive strategy, and there is no dealing with them.

Bring on the apocalypse.

Bring on ragnarok. 🙂

I have more burn stories, though this one involves familial nepotism.

They are so stupid. They believe that we hate them because they went to Harvard. We hate them because they’ve flooded our country with illegal and legal aliens to replace us, allowed the manufacturing to be off shored, covered us up in rules-regulations and generally showed disdain for the average American while mismanaging the country right into the ditch.

They have some serious in-group problems. I can see a lot of Liberals ideas being reasonable if they want to live that way, for them. I do not see it as reasonable they foist all their ideas on us as being the only way to live. You want to wear dresses as a Man. Fine, but we should be allowed to say we don’t want to associate with you.

Point of order — the Scots Irish didn’t immigrate to the rural areas. They were enslaved by England and forced to labor in the rural areas.

This is known as “white privilege.”
