John Durham investigators interviewed John Brennan for 8 hours at CIA headquarters. Phelps brought up an interesting point in the comments. He said this only happens after prosecutors have gathered all the evidence and are ready to make their case. He said they are trying, with the interview, to put the client’s story down on paper, under oath, so they are locked into it and cannot adapt it to the prosecution’s case, and to get an idea of how the client will try to fight their case, so they can strengthen it. He said the lawyer he knew would drop a client who submitted to such an interview, and that lawyer would only allow questioning on paper, which was passed through him, so he could control it. But now here is Brennan submitting to eight hours of live questioning. Why? Is his defense counsel comped? Is this all a play for the public’s benefit, so the outcome doesn’t matter to him? Is he under orders? Seems like there must be more here.

I am concerned that they are planning for a comfortable fraud victory, and the choice of Biden/Kamala is for demoralization. They never whip up a riot over a kid or an innocent person killed by cops– they always make it so everyone is rioting over the world’s biggest scumbag. This has a persuasion/demoralization effect.
I think the Biden/Kamala ticket is intended this way, but they’re playing by 2005 rules: they expect it to demoralize and make the right into glum, moody, broken angry people who keep on keeping on like they did when they offered us McCain vs Obama.

There are certain people who are competent at running aspects of campaigns. At the national level, it’s a pretty small crowd, because there are only ever two campaigns going in the home stretch.
I think that these people are refusing to work with the Biden campaign.
Why? Because they don’t know how to work within the law. They have been lawbreakers and rule-skirters for so long, they are not confident in their ability to stay lawful even when they are trying. I think that they know that the people they will be hiring will take “and follow the law” as a wink and not to just go and do the same old voter fraud as always. If they want to avoid the risk of jail, the only way to do that is to not work on a campaign. That means that the only people left to work on the Biden campaign are inexperienced yahoos, dilletants, amateurs and goobers.
This is what you see when that happens. Everything is consistent with that.

Funny you say that. I fucked with a girl at my Post Office by mentioning all the surveillance. Here eyes went wide and she looked terrified. I assumed she knew but wasn’t one of them. For me the George Floyd business is not about George Floyd at all. I’ve seen the whole two videos and you can tell he’s in distress and is not trying to get away. So what do they do, handcuff him behind his back and wrench his arm up then kneel on his neck making it even harder to breathe. I have no doubt that the cop was pissed because he couldn’t just drag him to jail and had to wait for the ambulance so why not torture his ass a little while he was waiting. I saw the video I know exactly what he did. There’s no excuse for this.
Yeah, but he fought with them before, which is exhausting, and Floyd was big enough to be a problem. Even when you are lifting, but not grappling regularly, wrestle for two minutes, and your arms will go limp, so you can barely lift them, and that isn’t even a real fight, which increases the effect considerably. And these cops didn’t look like their lifestyle was letting them get fitness intensive. My guess is they weren’t up to wrestle him again, so they laid him out and weren’t about to let him up for round two until the ambulance was there.
Among the ways that could have been avoided, (Floyd not doing drugs, Floyd not passing a bad check, Floyd not fighting, and them letting him up until the ambulance arrived) letting him up was the one thing which I do not think would have affected the outcome. Something in him, drugs, heart, or maybe lungs, just couldn’t sustain the path he chose, and once he fought, he broke that weak link and it was over. The cops could have tried to do more once he was down, and it would have looked good, but it wouldn’t have changed anything. The moment he said he couldn’t breathe while he was standing, I think it was over.

That is one other good point I would zoom in on. The mood you are in can dramatically change how your body works. The meme of a little woman lifting a car off her kid due to adrenaline is based in reality. You can see it in your own body’s energy burn grappling or boxing. You start training, and for a few days will get exhausted quickly. But you build up, and eventually feel like you can do it all day. Then you go to a competition, and you will feel like you just started, because your neurological system amps up, and in that amped up state, it actually triggers more powerful muscle contractions that burn energy faster than you can burn it in training if you try. Go to a streetfight, and it happens even more. And you are more powerful for it.
So in these situations, you can have cops for whom this thing is just a gig, vs a 6 foot 4 inch 230 lb dude with lots of muscle, who sees it as a once in a lifetime, life or death struggle for the rest of his life, who is on drugs that make him immune to pain and amp him up even more, and you’ve all got guns that he can go for and use on you, but you can’t use on him. Once you get him down, you can’t be a nice guy just because he says 50 times, “I can’t breathe,” while breathing to say it. Fighting is lot different from regular life, and causes a lot of effects it is difficult to understand until you see it firsthand.
If it was me, these cops would be not guilty, and it wouldn’t even be close.

Keep in mind…police officers are trained to take you to the ground without hurting you. This is why they are always wrestling with two or more guys trying to bring a person down.
This is actually normal. It is extremely difficult for even two or more people to perform that kind of takedown. Those cops would have a hard time taking me to the ground.
Cops don’t use jiu-jitsu takedowns because it could be a knee or a skull shattering on concrete.
