Amassing What We Know About Cabal

So according to Q we face a massive conspiracy. It is run by several specific ultra elites and their families who have installed key operators throughout our governmental, law enforcement, educational, and culture-producing apparatuses, especially focusing in the CIA. They have somehow also, simultaneously corrupted existing societal infrastructures in many other nations, and in the process created an extensive global Intelligence-Agency-Like machine capable of controlling nearly everything in all of the nations in which it operates.

Many regular people have seen several small pieces of this machine, which reaches into most cities, towns, and communities of any importance. The questions become, how did Cabal create a covert network of operatives that can monitor so many people, which operates essentially beyond the laws of the nations in which it operates? And how did Cabal unify these intelligence networks between nations, so they can work together seamlessly across national borders when dealing with anyone who falls onto their radar?

I would propose for consideration that Cabal may have managed to take over an existing covert intelligence program which fit all of those criteria. The question then is, is there an existing covert intelligence program, whose blueprint involves multiple sovereign nations creating covert infrastructures within their nations, designed to operate outside the laws of their sitting governments, and under the control of the American CIA?

It turns out, there is. In 1990, it was revealed that the CIA had prepared a backup plan, in the event the Soviet Union overran Europe. The plan was to organize a secret, covert intelligence network and guerilla army, composed of the regular citizenry, trained in the tools of espionage and designed to wage guerilla warfare against sitting governments in their nations in the event of a Soviet takeover of Europe.

In Italy it was called Operation Gladio, after the Roman Short Sword. It drew together regular citizens, criminal organizations, law enforcement agencies, intelligence personnel, former military members, and other random sources of manpower. It recruited anyone who could be of use in gathering intelligence in the governments and on the street, as well as acting against the government in the case of a Soviet occupation. It was revealed that every NATO country had its own uniquely named Gladio-like operation running, presumably under the oversight of the CIA – even including neutral Sweden and Switzerland.

Interestingly, as the article above documents, this program came to light as a result of a lone Italian government investigator looking into a terrorist attack in Italy that killed three Police officers. This judge found that the terrorists were using Operation Gladio resources in their attack. It was believed by many that Operation Gladio may have been being used to run false flag terrorist attacks against the Italian people and their government, in order to manipulate the political environment. Clearly the Italian government did not authorize that activity, which lends to the whole affair an air of Cabal.

Note how close that mission would be, to the missions Gladio was designed to run had the Soviet Union overtaken Italy. In both cases, Gladio operators would have been taking directions from CIA agents (either rogue agents for Cabal today or anti-communist agents in the event of a Soviet takeover in the past). Their mission was to launch attacks on the sitting government, while operating above and beyond the laws of their sitting governments. Note also how close that mission would be to what Q is describing as the Cabal’s modus operandi of using false flag attacks to control governments. And it might explain millions of citizens, all certain they are performing a national security service, and all performing operations that further the interests of Cabal. Notice also, Gladio was last seen having been moved under the umbrella of NATO, the funding of which seems to be a focus of late of the God Emperor.

Since the initial reports, these Gladio-programs have been implicated in a number of false flag activities in several nations. Among conspiracy websites it is just accepted that the program is some sort of covert intelligence network being used by shadowy elites to manipulate politics and handle dirty work below the radar in Europe.

My guess is America probably has its own Gladio-like program somewhere, couched as some sort of back-up plan in the event America is overrun by Russia or China. I would assume it is integrated seamlessly with the European programs, perhaps even under NATO. All of these programs together are probably active and operational under the rubric of training programs, and integrated with all levels of the local security services, neighborhood watch groups, and local criminal elements in their respective nations. This would insulate the programs from any enforcement activities, give potential guerillas an network of sources throughout the intelligence services and government in the event of an occupation, and it would bring in the power of the various groups who could offer manpower or support in the event of an occupation. Note that Gladio was established as having recruited the Mafia into the network, and we are told Cabal ops in the US made use of MS-13. There is a similarity.

I would assume such a program would periodically exercise its various parts to keep them practiced and functional in the event they were one day needed. But the entire program carries that uncomfortable feel of someone asking to create a program that would operate perpetually in a training mode which was exempt from all domestic laws and law enforcement, and which would be kept completely secret. Worse, it would be designed to take over the government, from whoever was running it, foreign actor, or democratically elected representative. Add in the idea of the need to periodically run “Training Ops” on somebody, and you can see where such a program might raise concern, even if it were solely run by American patriots.

Of course if the older and more sophisticated intelligence networks in Europe were to have taken over the newly formed, and perhaps somewhat operationally/organizationally naive CIA right after WWII, perhaps using the vulnerabilites of the leftist university environment where the CIA drew its personnel early on, then it is possible those European networks would have been the ultimate controllers of the CIA at that time.

That would have made the European intelligence agencies the ultimate controllers of the European networks of Gladio, through a CIA that would have functioned merely as a proxy. If European intelligence agencies did feel in control of the CIA, then European nations (and their presumably territorial intelligence services), inviting the CIA (a foreign intelligence service), to set up and control covert intelligence networks within their borders that were designed to operate outside the law and take over their sitting governments, might make more sense.

Of course if Cabal had already taken over those more sophisticated European intelligence networks, maybe centuries before they took over the CIA, that would mean Cabal was the central controller of everything, save for those potentially troublesome democratically elected leaders of all the governments of the Western world. That might make even more sense of those European nations surrendering their sovereignty to a foreign government, and their intelligence services surrendering their territory to a foreign agency. Gladio might have been like a Cabal failsafe.

You can see what Trump has on his hands. It could be everywhere, insulated from all domestic scrutiny and enforcement, and designed to cause mayhem to repel any attack under exactly these circumstances.

And still it would appear, Trump is winning.
