Liberia Records 2nd Ebola Death
A health report sent to officials in the anti-Ebola response unit said the woman died a few hours after admission, indicating that surveillance of known contacts from the earlier cases had not been rigorous enough.
The patient was on the list of contacts of the other cases, UNMEER said, adding that 132 contacts are being monitored in Montserrado and Margibi counties.

A sexually transmitted virus from Africa that can asymptomatically remain in individuals, and break free suddenly to infect and kill a large number. Basically this could turn into something like AIDS, only with sudden outbreaks killing hundreds at a time.
Bear in mind, until it is eradicated completely the attempts to contain it are little more than a selective pressure selecting for mutants that can spread despite the measures. One trait it may evolve is the ability to persist in the host, kind of like a Herpes Virus infection that kills everyone you come in contact with when it sheds.
