While I wouldn’t be buying weapons just yet if I lived there, I would definitely be looking for sources to acquire them should things suddenly head south.
The problem with purchasing is you never know if a dealer is real or an undercover. A good option would be fake converting to Islam and joining a radical Mosque, where you volunteer for janitorial duty. Then poke around the dark corners of the mosque until you find their armory, and clean it out in one fell swoop.
The ideal might just be buying a milling machine, a drill press and a lathe, and begin developing the skill to make your own weapons now.

Why on earth would criminals (aka Mohammedans in Sweden) turn their grenades in? For a few measly bucks?
In gun “buy backs” elsewhere, all they get is a bunch of junk turned in. Here I’d guess they’d only get some ridiculous items that are either totally inert (e.g. old relics from WWII), inoperable ones from the muzzies (“thanks gov for buying our junk and funding our ops”) or not even grenades at all. They won’t get a single operable grenade.
