I was thinking about the time Anderson Silva fractured his tibia:
The standard treatment for that is implantation of a tibial rod. Basically they bend the knee on the operating table, realign the two parts of the tibia, drill into the top of the tibia and down through the marrow channel to open up a channel right through the center of the tibia from top to bottom, and then they tamp a fitted titanium rod down through the entire tibia. That aligns the two broken parts, which are then screwed into the interior rod from the outside. You can actually bear weight lightly on it the very next day.
After the bone fracture seals up around the rod, the screws can even be removed, and what is left is a healed tibia with a 6 ounce titanium rod inside the length of it.
What happens to your low kicks on another guy’s legs when you are pushing a tibia that is literally reinforced by a structural rod with several extra ounces of titanium inside it?
I’d think that would be an Apocalypse mod.
Tell others about r/K Theory, because it is like an Apocalypse mod for the brain
Interesting TidBit:
When I’ve done Shin kicks/shin blocks, Pad on No Pad, the one WITHOUT the Pad doesn’t hurt. Kills the shin of the one with the pad.
Apply the physics…
LOL. That would be some pretty extreme elective surgery!
It’d suck if he bent it, messing around.
Yow!
