JFK Was Being Chased By Intel Ops

As John F. Kennedy was running for president in 1960, the FBI learned about the then-senator’s alleged sex parties with A-list stars.

Overnight, the federal government released nearly 3,000 documents related to the JFK assassination.

Among them was the summary of an interview the FBI conduct with a ‘high-class Hollywood call girl’ in July 1960.

The prostitute, Sue Young, spoke to agents about a recent conversation she had with a Los Angeles private detective, Fred Otash.

She said Otash reached out to her and asked her about her ‘participation in sex parties’ with Kennedy, the actor Peter Lawford (Kennedy’s brother-in-law), Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr.

Young told Otash that she had ‘no knowledge of such activities’ and didn’t know any other call girls who ‘might have been present’ at any such parties.

The next day, she said Otash called her back and asked if she could set up a meeting with Sen. Kennedy.

‘He suggested that he would like to equip her with a recording device for taking down any “indiscreet statements” the Senator might make,’ the FBI memo reads.

Young said she refused.

On that same day, agents spoke with Otash at his office and he told them that ‘some operator, unnamed and unidentified, was attempting to spy on Senator Kennedy’s hotel room.’

‘He inferred to the Agents that “Confidential” magazine is “looking for dirt on Kennedy or Lawford” for use in a series of articles planned for publication before the November election,’ the document reveals.

Seems unlikely that the commies in Confidential magazine wanted to take out JFK and replace him with Nixon. I’d think it wasn’t US Deep State, if Hoover’s people didn’t know about it. Which does make you wonder if it was American commies on their own initiative, or even Soviet agents, looking to turn a future US President into an asset.

Nobody tells you the truth in the hall of mirrors. The Confidential magazine story would sound good, but if you are told it by someone doing intel it is probably a cover for something else, because nobody just freely lays all their cards on the table in that world.

The FBI guys may very well have known it was Soviets, but when the PI told them the Confidential magazine cover story they would pretend to believe it, rather than reveal what they know (and by doing so, maybe how they know it). The PI may know they know, because he knows they are spying on him, but he also knows that they will lie about it to protect their sources and methods, so he pretends to believe they believe him, because that will mean he will not be hauled in and charged. The FBI guys may even have known he had knowledge that they knew, but they pretended to believe his pretend belief in their story of their pretend belief in his initial story, because they didn’t want to reveal they knew about his spying on their spying on him, because they planned to use it to feed him fake information somehow later on to be passed to the Soviets.

So they could have all parted ways, continuing to spy on each other and lie assiduously about it, each hoping at some point they will come out ahead by planting a key piece of disinfo or stumbling upon that golden nugget without anybody else knowing.

I have to think the more rewarding world is the one where the tactical guys in HRT and SWAT hang out. Such a more simple world. If somebody gets a name, they go in, kill everybody on the list, and go home. And if there are no names, they spend their time shooting and rappelling down buildings having a blast while they wait for the names.

Still, it shows JFK was a weak link, and a target. I have to think a lot of the pros were kept up awake at night worrying about who he might get killed if he were turned. It does make Oswald’s taking him out awfully convenient.
