Every Sunday night Dmitry Kiselyov, the host of the highest-rated TV program News of the Week—and Kremlin mouthpiece, according to the experts—fumes at the US President, demonstrating his open disdain for Mr. Obama and using close to profane insinuations mixed with direct insults…
“For Russia, Hillary Clinton is the most desired candidate,” says Mr. Kiselyov. “One more proof of that came when it was made known in the US that Mrs. Clinton, while visiting Moscow at some point, left behind the secret documents, and not just some documents, but a bag-full of selected secret documents. They were found by the Secret Diplomatic Service of the US that usually cleans the hotel rooms after high-positioned politicians, wiping off the fingerprints and all the traces of bio-material that could, for example, help give a medical diagnosis.”
“I like this Clinton’ s attitude towards secret documents,” he adds. “Is this really bad for us?”
This would undoubtedly be true, if Russia were focused on defeating the United States. But Putin has his eyes on a different battle.
My own opinion is Putin knows that the majority of K-selected US citizens view Russians as distant cousins, with similar value systems, moral codes, and life aspirations. We know, that just as we can live with each other, we could easily live with Russians.
What Putin also knows, is that nobody can live in peace with Islamo-fascists. Given the Islamization of Europe, Putin realizes that if that does not stop, Russia could end up with a number of majority-radical-Islamic nations on its doorstep, armed with the high technology, state security apparati, and nuclear weapons produced by Western Civilization. That is akin to handing a baby a loaded .44 magnum, and hoping for the best – if the baby is possessed by Lucifer and surrounded by innocent Christians.
I suspect Putin’s intervention is Syria was as much an attempt to end the civil war quickly, and staunch the flow of refugees into Europe as it was an attempt to support an ally in the region.
That Putin now appears willing to let the US acquire a competent K-selected leader, would seem to me the height of amygdala development. He is willing to sacrifice some competitiveness in one regard, to try and forestall a much greater threat to his people later on, perhaps long after he has left office. That is relevance-weighing, and it does not happen when your amygdala is so overwhelmed that you are having a stress seizure as you are dragged to your car by your security detail like a big rag doll.
It is striking comparing such a leadership style to the leaders of the West. As Putin looks to prep a battlefield for a war he may never even see in his lifetime, the leaders of the west seek more creative ways to saddle their future generations with ever more debt, in the hopes that the coming economic collapse will all come down after they leave office, and they can avoid the blame.
It will be very nice, in the near future, to see a leader like that running our country.

Putin knows that the US is just the strong arm of a much nastier octopus. It’s not the Islamo-fascists that worry him…
