I’m actually worried she may have to drop out. Some are speculating congestive heart failure, but it could be any number of things.
We need to keep her in through the debates, at least. There are actually few Democrats who might be able to exploit the opportunity of her departure by playing Trump’s mild negatives vs their complete unknowns.

If she drops out, who will replace her as the candidate for the Democrats? Given the number of people who absolutely don’t trust her it is possible the Democrats would have a better chance of winning with somebody else. With her on the ballot, I expect that a number of staunch Democrats just won’t be able to bring themselves to vote for her and will stay home. With someone else, who knows?

Just thinking, time for Trump to visit the Philippines. HRC would literally cough up a lung.
A candidate switch would have to come before the first debate. After that, it is likely far too late.
The Democrats might have a chance if they dig up Bernie Sanders. He promised enough gibs to drug-addled college students that most of them might turn out for him. Folks who are determined to vote for “Not Donald Trump” might find Bernie a less nose-holding alternative to Hillary.
