Phoenix police say that a serial shooter has struck for the ninth time.
The Phoenix Police Department have connected a spate of mysterious shootings that have killed seven people and wounded two, to a suspect they call the “Serial Street Shooter.”
The shooter is described as a “Lanky Hispanic male, 5’10”,” which sounds kind of like a middle eastern Muslim when translated from Media-ese. Shots are done with a handgun.
Again, spree killers are all amygdala, from weak amygdalae that break under pressure of the trigger which sets them off, to the amygdala agitation that increases with each kill, and then gradually causes them to spiral out of control.
There will be a lot of them when the current crop of rabbits meets a full blown economic collapse.
Be ready.

FYI
Serial v Spree killer.
Serial killers usually kill one at a time with a rest period between kills. This rest period is usually weeks or months.
Spree killers usually kill much more frequently having a much shorter rest period. of days or even hours.
Serial killers usually have some psycho sexual issue with relating to others that cause them to get their dopamine hit through the control of killing.
Spree killers usually don’t have that psycho sexual issue. However AC has brought up an idea that I’ve not see which is that they are after a dopamine hit that they get from their amygdala.
Actually, I think the kills turn on the amygdala in a spree killer, which drives anger/action, which produces another kill that lights up the amygdala, that drives even more anger/action, and it repeats the process. As it happens, it is developing those neural pathways like a memory circuit, which is why they so often devolve, lose control, kill faster and faster, and end with a self-kill. The self kill is the only way to relieve what is probably a pretty uncomfortable itch they have been trying to scratch all along, but which has gotten worse with each scratch.
It is as if you see someone who enrages you, you kill them, but that kill activates the rage neural circuit again when it hits the amygdala, so you have to find and kill another person again to relieve it. But it doesn’t relieve it, it just makes the itch, itch more, so you scratch it again.
Hit the amygdala right and it does weird stuff. The Texas clocktower shooter was a really nice guy, and an ex-Marine. He didn’t want to kill, but as a tumor increasingly encroached on his amydgala, he sought help, and tried ever more complicated ways to suppress his urges on the advice of shrinks, until he lost his ability to repress it due to the pressure from the tumor. He left a note asking them to look at his brain, to see if they could figure out why he couldn’t stop himself from doing what he felt was a horrible thing. Then he went off and killed a bunch of innocent people.
