Reading Liberal Faces

I want the reader to flex their lower face muscles, until they look like this. In particular, try to get the wrinkles you see on the lower right side of the picture, near the chin. Try to create the lines extending from the corners of the nose, down below the edges of the mouth, by sneering, and contracting the cheek muscles below your eyes to stretch out your upper lip laterally.

Now imagine what your emotional state would be, as you made that expression. Are you happy? Proud? In awe? Respectful?

The full picture the mouth was drawn from is here, courtesy of Matthew Colvin’s Three65to30 blog.

Liberals hate patriotic Warriors, and they can’t keep from showing it, even when the pictures are going to be broadcast to the entire nation.

I thought the Cro-Magnon facial structure (as well as its hybridised variations) would suffice — but I guess this seems plausible too. :\

[…] Look at the enemies Obama has, and who he reviles. Cops, Vladimir Putin, Conservatives, and Donald Trump. Check the expression of disgust Obama shows when awarding a Medal of Honor to an American military hero. […]

[…] I suspect that I am also seeing a flexing of muscles up the entire nose, perhaps closing the airway all the way up the nose, though I can’t really explain why I feel that. I look at Penn, and feel like my entire nose is flexed and braced, almost in anger like a dog snarling, while when I look at Woods, I feel as if my nose is relaxed and not even noticeable. And Penn’s chin is flexed as well, something I associate with frustration mixed with disgust/contempt, as discussed here. […]
