Some victims were alleged to have been abused by figures including the late Liberal MP Cyril Smith, Cabinet ministers, clergymen, pop stars, spies, judges and members of the royal household.
Sir Anthony denied this happened at Kincora but did say that there was widespread sexual abuse of children and police investigations in the mid-1970s were ‘inept, inadequate and far from thorough’…
Three staff members at Kincora were found guilty of abusing residents in the 1970s but there had long been rumours that others, including civil servants and businessmen, were involved.
Inquiry chairman Sir Anthony Hart said the notion that Kincora was a homosexual ‘brothel’ used by the Security Services as a ‘honey pot’ to obtain compromising information about influential figures was without foundation…
Kincora has been repeatedly linked to a paedophile ring containing Britain’s most rich and powerful.
A former Army Intelligence officer claimed in 2015 that MI5 covered up the sexual abuse of boys in the notorious Kincora home.
Brian Gemmell, a former captain in the Intelligence Corps, said spy chiefs ordered him to ‘stop digging’ when he reported a possible paedophile ring at the Northern Ireland children’s’ home.
He spoke out during a meeting with Richard Kerr, who claimed he was one of three youngsters trafficked from the home before being molested by ‘very powerful’ figures in a Westminster paedophile gang.
He claimed he was sexually abused by politicians and other senior figures at the Dolphin Square apartments in Pimlico and Elm Guest House, in Barnes, west London.
‘Credible’ allegations surrounding the murder of three boys by the VIP paedophile ring are being investigated by Scotland Yard.
MI5 has been accused of covering up child abuse to enable it to gather intelligence during the Troubles and to protect Establishment figures involved in the crimes.
A former child sex slave sold into a Belgian aristocratic paedophile ring where boys and girls were raped, tortured and murdered has revealed the horrors of her five years of abuse.
Anneke Lucas, 53, was sold into the murderous paedophile network in Belgium when she was just six years old in 1969.
Recalling her sickening abuse, she said: ‘I was raped many, many, many times. I don’t have any scars to show how many times I was raped.
‘Usually it was a full night and weekend and so I gathered I was raped for about six hours a week – more than 1,700 hours before I reached the age of 12…’
However she was saved when one of her abusers made a deal with the politician in charge of the peadophile network while she was tortured.
They made a deal where he would work for the politician in exchange for her being spared.
The man who tortured her was one of the defendants in the Dutroux case, which, when it broke in 1996, was believed it would blow up the Belgian pedophile network. But instead, eight years later, only Marc Dutroux received a life sentence.
The Dutroux case itself was interesting:
Perhaps most notably, the police search of Dutroux’s house on 13 December 1995 and again six days later in relation to his car theft charge, came under harshest scrutiny. During this time, Julie Lejeune and Mélissa Russo were still alive in the basement dungeon, but the police failed to discover them. Since the search was unrelated to kidnapping charges, police searching the house had no dogs or specialised equipment that might have discovered the girls’ presence, and in an otherwise decrepit and dirty basement they failed to recognize the significance of the freshly plastered and painted wall that concealed the dungeon. While in the basement, a locksmith who was accompanying the police said he clearly heard children’s cries coming from inside the house, but was overruled by the police, who concluded the cries must have come from the street outside. Which is especially remarkable since the country was at that time in the midst of a nationwide search for missing children.
Several videotapes were also seized from the house that showed Dutroux constructing the secret entrance and the dungeon where the girls were then held. The tapes were never viewed by the police, who later claimed this was because they did not have a videotape player.
Allegations of cover-up
There was widespread anger and frustration among Belgians due to police errors, the general slowness of the investigation and the disastrous outcome of the events. This suspicion that Dutroux had been, or was being, protected was raised when Dutroux’s claims got known that he was part of a sex ring that included high-ranking members of the police force and government. This suspicion along with general anger over the outcome culminated when the popular judge in charge of investigating the claims, Jean-Marc Connerotte (fr), was dismissed on the grounds of having participated in a fund-raising dinner for the girls’ parents. The investigation itself was wrapped up on grounds of conflict of interests. His dismissal and end of the investigation resulted in a massive protest march (the “White March”) of 300,000 people on the capital, Brussels, in October 1996, two months after Dutroux’s arrest, in which demands were made for reforms of Belgium’s police and justice system.
On the witness stand, Jean-Marc Connerotte (fr), the original judge of the case, broke down in tears when he described “the bullet-proof vehicles and armed guards needed to protect him against the shadowy figures determined to stop the full truth coming out. Never before in Belgium has an investigating judge at the service of the king been subjected to such pressure. We were told by police that [murder] contracts had been taken out against the magistrates.” Connerotte testified that the investigation was seriously hampered by protection of suspects by people in the government. “Rarely has so much energy been spent opposing an inquiry,” he said. He believed that the Mafia had taken control of the case.
And that is the judge assigned to investigate it. And Dutroux was under surveillance, with informant penetration, while he was building his dungeon:
Several prosecutors, police officers and witnesses have committed suicide. Evidence has gone astray.
After Dutroux’s arrest it transpired not only that he had been under surveillance, but also that he had served six years of a 12-year jail term for child rape. The prison governor described him as a psychopath. The Charleroi gendarmerie were told by an informer that he was deepening his cellars to conceal children before selling them abroad. But no report was ever filed…
Worse still, police searched the house where Julie and Melissa were hidden but failed to find them. Once they heard cries for help but accepted Dutroux’s claim that the noise was coming from children in the street. No listening devices, heat sensors or other equipment was used, but police found handcuffs, chloroform, vaginal cream and a gynaecological mirror.
Interestingly David Seamen tweeted that Pizzagate is being investigated now, probably due to Donald Trump taking office. It will be interesting to see what is uncovered in Europe as the people’s right takes hold there.
It is hard to believe one man like Donald Trump could step forward and potentially change so many lives for the better by giving the nation hope for survival, and restoring morality to government. Now that Darwinian disadvantage is pointing in the right direction, we just need an Apocalypse so somebody has to die.
Spread r/K Theory, because only idiots who nobody likes would doubt it
